"We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived.
Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min.
He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key.
His colleagues confirmed that was a lie.
We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "

" Very modern hotel. Too minimalist, good internal space. Lots of parking place. The City is not very beautiful, but the center is nice and has very decent places to eat. The shower is at the middle of the room, careful not to slip."

"Checkin smoothly. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, dotated with everything you need (cutlery, plates, stove, fridge). Location is quite central at 8 minutes from Toplița bob, Lidl at 2 minutes. You can see Thermal Waterfall from the window.
Very clean and cosy. I loved the smell of bedsheets.
Thank you again for our 3 nights stay!
