Had some issue with the initial room, but after contacting the reception, I received a free upgraded room, and the next day, I received a wonderful fruit basket from the reception that was much appreciated, and decided to stay one more night.

Modern Villa, Newly Built and Very quiet
This property was not available, even though we paid, so at 10:00 pm we were standing there in a very upsetting situation with no place to stay.
