Quaint Cabins with privacy

Enjoyed our quiet weekend, away from the hustle and bustle. Alissa was great and very accommodating. They should get wine glasses. We’ll be back.

Great location and super cute cabin. Furniture very uncomfortable.

Bed is extremely uncomfortable and wrapped in noisy waterproof mattress cover. No pillows except flat pillow scams. Couch is also uncomfortable and they is no coffee table only the tall bar to behind the couch.

Just what we needed

Cabin was cute and everything you needed (less food and toiletries) was provided. Very clean. Quiet and the scenery was beautiful. We came to for quiet and relaxation and we got it. Just a short drive to downtown Guntersville and tons of restaurants and shopping. Also 15 minutes from Bucks Pocket State Park . Close to everything you need Check out was easy. Just wash your dishes, take out the garbage and lock key in the cabin.

Cozy Cabin

Very Cozy and Quiet Cabin Great Parking for boats with easy plug in access outside for extension cords. Cabin was really clean and put together. Made our trip outstanding. Recommend you give it a try it will not disappoint.

Great little cabin!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay while there for a fishing tournament. Very convenient to Guntersville with good food options and shopping. Communication was quick and friendly. The young lady at the gate was extremely pleasant! Cabin was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were everything you would need. Highly recommend!!! Beautiful property and super quiet. Thank you

Relaxing

Quiet and relaxing place to stay. Only complaint was a few dog hairs on the couch when we arrived. I know they are a pet friendly place but I believe pets are not allowed in the furniture and I hope they charged the people that stayed before us the fee for excessive per hair on the furniture. Besides that it was a wonderful stay and perfect for couples.

Weekend getaway

The property at River Ridge is well maintained. The tiny house cabins have just enough amenities to be comfortable during your stay. To top it off, Mary is amazing and goes above and beyond for guests! I will definitely be visiting again.

Great time. Bed was good.

A few things could be added to make it more comfy! A good sharp knife. A non scratched fry pan. A couple more kitchen towels and more face towels. A decent sofa!! A set of coffee mugs. Some glass drink glasses.

Beautiful place

I will definitely stay here again. It is close to some beautiful places. I would recommend bringing your own bed pillows because the ones that are provided are not the best (clean, just flat)

Nice, new cabin located within the state park

Pros: cabin was clean, private, easy to find and was close to fishing, hiking, swimming etc. Loved the little porch and the hiking trails. Cons: cabin was poorly stocked. If you grill you need to bring grilling utensils, no pot holders for baking anything, lamp in bedroom did not work, dishes and silverware were dollar store and extremely minimal. There was salt/pepper and coffee filters. Outside of that, just know you'll need to bring your own stuff right down to a flyswatter. There were no sheets for the pullout couch or pillows for it. The living room needs a big chair in the corner in our opinion. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The cabin was clean, shower was nice and hot and the area around was very clean and quiet.

Very homey & cozy

From the booking, communication, to the property, everything was great. The property was very homey & cozy, we loved it. The price of everything was very fair the surrounding people were friendly. I can't say any negative things about this place other than we hated that we didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

4 year Anniversary

Property was great! House was slightly dirty when we arrived. But it was not a huge deal. I never spoke with the property management at all. Over all it was an amazing weakend.

Peaceful weekend getaway

We enjoyed the privacy and location of our cabin. The walk to the water was peaceful and we saw eagles and ospreys. The cabin was clean and had most essentials. The only oddity was the overhead bedroom lights that glowed at night. It made it hard for someone who likes complete darkness!
