"This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. Otherwise, this was by far the nicest...

"This is our second time staying here and we look forward to our third. The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. We had everything we needed. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed the lake all week in between visiting some of the best Upper Peninsula spots like Tahquamenon and Pictured Rocks.Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights with some friends and the house was just what we needed. Everything inside the house was up to date and in working order. The hot tub was huge and definitely a perk after lots of physical activity during the day. It’s more of a rural area but there was a small grocery mart and a restaurant/bar a few miles down the road. Would recommend for summer or winter activities for a larger group/family. "

"Clean and cute, and just right for 3 of us to be based out of when we hiked at Pictured Rocks. Boomer was very friendly and told us the story of how the cabins came to be. Seney itself was quiet with not much happening, but a good place to sleep between Grand Marais and Munising."

"This cabin is great. Very clean and nice furnishings. The primary bedroom is a loft so it is open to below. The property is vast and there are no neighbors anywhere around, but it is still only 15 minutes drive to get into Munising and it is very close to all of the hiking and waterfalls in the area. Highly recommend it. "

"Simple, cozy place with the essentials. I had no cell phone service, but they do have good wifi service. So you can still be connected if you choose to be, while being remote enough for a quiet, peaceful stay surrounded by nature. It was perfect as a homebase while exploring the UP. I would definitely stay again. "
