When left to medical appointment didn’t want to leave dogs in vehicle as was quite warm so left in room, after 20 min was told animals are not allowed to stay unattended in the room. So I had to leave appointment and grab the dogs and leave them in the truck for a few hours. Staff said dogs were barking and causing a disturbance but when approaching the room from lobby and hallway; there was NO barking or noise. Why state you are pet friendly facility, yet...
