The bright, open living area gives everyone room to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to family dinners easy.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and having 2.5 bathrooms means no waiting for the shower when everyone is getting ready for the beach or a night out. All bedrooms are on the second floor of the house.

Getting Around & Transportation

Seahorse Harbor is conveniently located for exploring Gulfport, Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Having a car is the easiest way to explore the area, but guests also have several transportation options nearby.

**✈️ Gulfport–Biloxi International Airport (GPT)**
Gulfport’s main commercial airport is conveniently located within the city and provides easy access to Seahorse Harbor. Rental cars, taxis and rideshare services are available for arriving guests.

**🚆 Gulfport Amtrak Station**

Downtown Gulfport is now served by Amtrak’s **Mardi Gras Service**, connecting Gulfport with New Orleans, Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, Pascagoula and Mobile. This is a convenient option for guests visiting from New Orleans or other Gulf Coast destinations.

**🚌 Coast Transit Authority (CTA)**
CTA provides public bus transportation throughout Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, D’Iberville and other areas along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The **Gulfport Transit Center**, located at 1401 20th Avenue, is the primary local transportation hub. Routes include service through Gulfport as well as connections toward Biloxi and attractions along the coast.

**🚕 Taxi & Rideshare**
Uber and Lyft operate throughout the Gulfport/Biloxi area. Local taxi companies are also available, including **Black Tie Taxi**, **Value Cab** and other Gulf Coast transportation providers. Advance reservations are recommended for very early airport departures or late-night transportation.

**🚗 Rental Cars**
Rental cars are a great option for guests who want to explore the beaches, casinos, restaurants and attractions along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Several national rental-car companies operate at **Gulfport–Biloxi International Airport**, making it easy to pick up a vehicle upon arrival. Enterprise also has a Gulfport neighborhood location.

**🚲 Exploring the Coast**
Once you reach the beachfront and downtown areas, walking and biking can be enjoyable ways to explore. The Gulf Coast offers miles of beachfront along Highway 90, and bike rentals are available in the region.

**Host Tip:** We recommend having a vehicle if you plan to explore beyond downtown Gulfport. Most popular Gulfport attractions are just a short drive from Seahorse Harbor, and Biloxi and other Mississippi Gulf Coast destinations are easily accessible by car.

• Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the property.

**No Smoking or Vaping:** Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home. Please smoke or vape only outdoors and dispose of all waste properly; additional cleaning or deodorizing fees may apply if this rule is violated.

• Local attractions: The home is conveniently located near Gulfport Beach, Jones Park, Gulfport Harbor, casinos, restaurants, shopping, family attractions, and Gulf Coast events.

• Extended stays: The home is equipped for longer visits with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and comfortable living spaces.

• Quiet residential setting: Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

• RVs are not allowed - per HOA policy. Street parking is not allowed overnight.

• Quiet hours. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.

• No parties or events. Gatherings, parties, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Registered guests only. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay or visit the property unless approved in advance.

• Weather: Gulf Coast weather can be warm, humid, and occasionally unpredictable. Outdoor plans may be affected by weather conditions.

• Beach items: Guests are responsible for returning any provided beach equipment clean and to its designated location.

• Security: Exterior security devices may be present at entrances or other appropriate areas for the safety and security of guests and the property. No cameras or recording devices are located inside the home.
