Excellent

We loved the property, the condo, the pool area. These condos are very, very beautiful, new, and updated. The only thing that we would have liked better is a shorter walk to the beach, maybe a direct path across the road from the front of the property.

Exactly as the pictures show

House was exactly as described. There is a Jack n Jill bath between bedrooms 2 & 3, so each bedroom does not have it's own dedicated bath. The property management response before, during and after was great. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location & Rental

Stayed here with our family and believe it to be the perfect location. Short drive into the main area of town for restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach is easy from the back walkway. The rental has a ton of space and could host two families easily. The bunk bed has a trundle as well so could sleep probably 5 children if needed. The property grounds as a whole is very well kept and the management team is top notch! We will definitely be looking to stay here again for vacation.

Amazing place

The pictures do not do the house justice, it is more beautiful in person! Very comfy beds and spacious enough our group of 12 did not feel right on top of each other. The view of the pool was perfect for hanging out on the deck and being able to watch the kids play. Little walk to the beach but nothing horrible. Abby was very friendly the entire trip and even texted to let me know of events that were going on in the area ahead of time. Will definitely book this place again!!

Perfect holiday get-a-way!

This property was just as described, and perfect for our big family for the holidays. Plenty of space, upgraded touches throughout the house, and clean upon arrival. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk from behind the neighborhood. Although it was too cold to use it, the pool was right in front of us!

Spacious and comfortable

Pros: - large enough for multi-family - good TVs in each room - comfortable beds - excellent towels - proximity to the community pool - kitchen well equipped Cons: - distance to beach - couches in living room worn - views of beach/gulf lacking - door lock was tricky The check-in process was easy--no need to drive somewhere else to get a key or passes. Lots of parking under the unit which we appreciated. The unit was clean and was roomy enough for our party. We only had 4 adults and 2 kids so there was more than enough room for us. The kitchen had pretty good dishes to choose from and everything was good except for the freezer on the refrigerator seemed to want to no open fully or get stuck. The bed, for a vacation rental, were pretty comfortable. They were soft but also firm. The towels were excellent; very soft! The location was both good and bad. In terms of overall location to Gulf Shores (restaurants, shops, etc.) I would say it was great. However, proximity to the beach and the views of the beach left a lot to be desired. We read the listing details and other reviews and while not incredibly far from the beach, by the end of our trip I was over walking. We typically stay beachfront when we go to the beach and that convenience was sorely missed. The wagon and beach items at the unit had seen a lot of usage. In fact, the wagon was pretty much rusted stiff and broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. If not for the distance to the beach we'd definitely stay again.

5 Night Stay

Beautiful beach house had everything we needed except a floor fan which was needed for the bunk room without a ceiling fan. Requested and received 3 days into the stay which was a little disappointing on response. This house is definitely for a younger group or family. My elderly parents had a hard time with all the bed rooms upstairs and the long walk to the public beach access. After first day, we decided to park across the street from the beach access which was $15 a day. First time in Gulf Shores, we had a great time but would need something closer and at least 1 bedroom downstairs next time. Thank you for our stay!

Good space, close to everything

Overall we really liked the house. It is bigger than it looks in pictures. It is a close walk to the beach access. Nice pool although sometimes it could get a little crowded.The only downfall we had was we were sent a message at 4 pm that the house was ready and we could check in however when we got there the house cleaner was still there cleaning. She wasn’t finished cleaning until after 6 which really put a dent in our time for the first night. Management apologized but we all thought there was more they could have done to make it right. Also there are no hooks on the deck or through the house so we had to get creative to hang up wet suits n towels.

Gulf Beach family adventures

Highly recommend! Gorgeous & clean! Great location!!! Easy walk to beach. Pier is fun. Pool is great! Only disappointment was gas griddle, was expecting gas grill! Perfect house for family adventures at Gulf Beach! 😎

Great place. Would definitely stay again.

A great place. We’ll had a wonderful time. Would suggest hooks in bathrooms and patio for towels and suits tho. No place to hang wet stuff. That was frustrating. Still rated five stars tho.
