It was a nice condo. The toilet seat in the second bathroom was not attached. There were not many dishes or pots and pans to use. When we first arrived, some of the utensils were dirty. The code to the pool did not work. Overall it was a nice , quiet place for our stay.

The property was very quiet and close to everything. A lot of stores and places to eat were close by. The property is surrounded by landscaping so it creates homes for bugs and creatures. It was spacious. The property was in desperate need of a CLEAN! The unit needed A DEEP CLEAN! It was outdated in some areas. The check in process was smooth.

Great place and location just very hot.

The location was perfect for my daughter's softball tournament. The area was nice and the condo was gorgeous it was just very hot. The very first night the power went out about 10pm and didn't come back on until about 5am. The 2nd night the air was broken so my family got another place that had air. After that we just decided to stay where we were and left this condo. Overall it was a great place just hot and after spending a day in the sun at the ballpark we needed all the AC we could find and this condo at the time didn't have it.

Quiet and Peaceful

This was the perfect property for us. We came with my elderly parents. Our room was directly across from the elevator. Parking was close and always available. The unit was clean and roomy. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond. The he location was perfect! Close to Publix, Target, LuLus, and so much more, yet still quite.

Not terrible

The place was not clean from the moment we got there. Walls dirty, dishes dirty, toilets kind of gross. Place looked like pictures and was a great location though. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom kind of sucked. Air conditioning worked amazing and property managers were awesome and easy to work with! Overall I would stay again, just wish it was more clean!

Very nice condo

Condo was just as pictured, clean and a nice location. I will say that the noise from the road was quite loud when sitting on the screened in porch. But the view was nice of the pond and golf course. Very close to the grocery store, Target and food places. Would definitely stay again. Property management was quick to respond to questions and very friendly.

Great, comfortable spot centrally located

My family really enjoyed our stay; we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The kids loved having their own beds and bathroom. We loved how easy it was to get to locations in both Foley and Gulf Shores. Our stay was very quiet; I don't know if I've ever slept so well on a trip. My family would love to stay at this condo again.

Peaceful and relaxing week

My husband and I stayed for the last week in Feb. Weather was warm and perfect. Condo was beautiful and clean. The king bed was so comfortable. Our favorite was sitting out on the quiet patio, overlooking the pond on the golf course. Loved that the door was across from the elevator ( never heard noise ), and that they have luggage carts. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific Vacation

This condo was extremely clean and convenient for me and my family. We didn't have to travel far for shopping, fun activities or the beach. We sat outside in the evenings to enjoy the serene water overlooking the condo. Everything about booking was extremely easy and the rental manager was very quick in responding to questions. In addition, the Happy Stays App was helpful in deciding what activities we would enjoy while there. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

Perfect place

My friends and I enjoyed this condo so much! The condo was the perfect size, and with great amenities. The condo had been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and you could smell it. Location is perfect! Plenty of stores and places to eat within walking distance. Straight drive to the beach, which was perfect. The pool on the property was a great plus. Check-in was not the best process. Had to drive to the office during rush hour to only give them a copy of my license, which I could have done by email. I hope they consider changing that policy. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Practice what you preach!

The location was fantastic, but they ask you too treat it like its your own home. I would not have mold and dust in my house. Lastly, we had a property person trying to come into our unit. With out knocking, calling or anything of the sort. VERY INTUITIVE!. We normally have a great experience with Poole and Associates. Just not great this time around. Location was (Cypres Point) Just be prepare to have your privacy likely invaded if you stay here!!

Great location and wonderful property!

I would highly recommend this property! The location is perfect and just a short drive to the beach. The balcony view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the ducks swim and play. The property campus was surprisingly quiet and is in walking distance to shopping and great food.

It was a wonderful , relaxing stay. I love going to gulf shores. Usually stay on the beach, this place was just a few blocks from the beach and it was a really good price. It’s on a lake and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

Wonderful condo!

We had an amazing stay. This place is conveniently located near shopping, the beach and other fun things to do. It was spacious for our family of 4. The only negative thing I have to say was there wasn't a TV in the living room. It would have been nice to have family time watching a movie in the living room but it's only a minor thing. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!!

Can't beat the price and value

Exellent stay for an excellent price. Not too close from the hustle and bustle of all the party crowds but just close enough to access all the enjoyment that the area offers. Highly recommend this place
