Hidden beneath the ancient towering oak trees, this secret haven offers a fishing & boater’s paradise where your every adventure on the water is within reach.

The Space:
With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is the perfect sanctuary for families and friends. Each of the 3 king-sized bedrooms invites you to sink into spacious comfort, while the 4 bedroom, designed for the young, features full-over-full bunk beds that are the perfect perch for nighttime adventures. Every room is equipped with smart TVs, ensuring everyone has a place to unwind after a day of discovery.

The heart of the house lies in the expansive eat-in kitchen, fully stocked and ready to bring your culinary visions to life—whether that’s preparing your fresh catch or savoring a home-cooked meal. From the granite countertops to the custom cabinetry, no detail has been overlooked. A stand alone ice maker is an additional great amenity.

Fun for All Ages:
All members of your family will love the Game Room, tucked beneath the home in the carport area. This space isn’t just for games—it’s where epic memories are made. With a massive 65”+ Smart TV, surround sound, shuffleboard, board games, sports gear, and even a corn hole set, it’s the perfect spot to bond over laughter, competition, and joy.

As the sun dips below the western horizon, gather around the fire pit to swap stories, roast a s’more, and bask in the glow of an evening spent with loved ones. Under a sky awash with stars, you’ll find yourself drawn closer to the magic of the place.

Boating Details: The boat docks are being enlarged and updated. The boat dock can best accommodate (max) 14 feet wide by 35 ft long boat with roughly 30` max unloaded draft at low tide (only 2.5-3 feet deep at low tide). Sorry, the electronic boat lifts are OFF LIMITS for guest use.
The closest boat launched area is 5 minutes away at the free public boat launch called `The Pines Park`, 3.5 miles from the house.

The kayak launch area is another hidden gem, offering easy access to the waters below. Just a ladder away from your next great aquatic adventure, the bay is yours to explore. Owner has provided 2 kayaks for guests to use including paddles and adult/child life vests for safety.

Afterward, fire up the newly renovated outdoor kitchen located off the back deck and prepare your day’s catch. Dining under a canopy of twinkling lights as the water shimmers beneath you is a moment you’ll never forget.

SNOWBIRD RATES:
Available for long term (30+days/monthly) between November-March. Rate: $3500/month (not including taxes or damage fees). Email directly to setup.

HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American`s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking. No parties.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Relax & Enjoy Stay: It`s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under our Waivo insurance policy!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Kristie`s Housekeeping, another local Gulf Shores small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property.

-No pets are welcome in this home. No other service animals are allowed without prior approval from the Host. Discovery of pets at property will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the premises. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the house, and no refund.
