Family Vaca

Offered everything we needed for our little vacation. Location was perfect and the pool was enjoyed by all. The ocean views were perfect andbthe beds were the most comfortable ive been in. The babies loves the kiddie pool area so much i was woke up at 630 in the morning asking nana we go to pool.

Relaxing Retreat

One of the best units we have stayed at. Very clean and well decorated. Conveniently located. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Awesome stay

This condo was great. Loved the location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the items available to use on the beach. Had to contact the property managers, they were prompt and helpful.

Great place!!

Highly recommend! They have everything you could imagine for your use while there. My little LOVED all the toys they had there and the splash pad was amazing. Definitely will be back!

Excellent property!

This condo was perfect! Excellent location, very clean, and had everything you could need! The beach toys and toys/games in the condo were perfect for the kids! We had a slight issue with the keypad working and the owners were prompt in getting the issues resolved very quickly! Would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough great things about our stay. The location of the property is amazing, and the view was incredible. Being on the 4th floor gives beautiful access to the beach and water at all times. The property owners were very timely and helpful in their response when I had questions both before and during our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked with appliances/kitchen necessities, and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. My 4 year old loved the bunk bed as well. I would highly recommend this property, and we hope to come back someday. I was truly sad having our stay come to an end.

Amazing Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. We will definitely book again. The location and view was amazing. Being on the 4th floor was perfect. The only negative thing about the place was the elevator always being packed. Other than that, it was perfect.

Fantastic! Enjoyed our time at Seawind in Gulf Shores

The owners and property manager was so accommodating and responded quickly when reaching out with any questions. The location was perfect with beach access and wonderful views from inside and on the balcony. The color scheme was soothing and the decor was well done without being too beachy. It was clean and had everything we needed plus space to spread out. You can easily walk to many restaurants and shops. We would certainly book this condo again!

Repairs are needed for this property… the refrigerator has a large crack in the interior wall, the drawers in the guest room dresser were broken, the faucets leaked, couch cushions need to be cleaned. Layout is good, balcony furniture very nice.

- Elevator issue was a nightmare. This alone will make us rethink another stay. We spoke to other guest that said this was an issue for years prior. - kiddie pool water was ice cold compared to other pool which littles could not use due to depth - couch had multiple stains giving uneasy vibes for lounging - kitchen cabinets and guest bathroom wall was dirty. Guest tub slow to drain. - mattress was great. Thanks for that.

Cooling problem

Loved it. Had issues with air not working properly. Owner had it fixed within 4 hours of notifying her. Even though we didn't use them loved all the little extras...floats, pump, beach chairs, baby playpen, life vests, and games to play. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We spent 5 days at in this unit and it did not disappoint! The unit was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed! We traveled with 4 adults and 4 children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach chairs, umbrella, and basket of sand toys was an unexpected added bonus! We’ve vacationed in Gulf Shores for 10+ years and would gladly return to this unit in the future! The owners were incredibly accommodating and were easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely recommended this rental to our friends and family!

Great Location

We thought the VRBO was wonderfully decorated and if we are honest, had much more than we needed. We sat on the patio daily…morning and evening. The bathrooms were very updated and quite nice. Linens were the same. The complex wasn’t especially full while we were there so we never had a wait. We didn’t use the pool/fitness area but it seemed nice. Our favorite: watching dolphins and pelicans from the patio.

Great spot

This condo is in a great location. Once you park, just about anything you need is within walking distance which is a great when you have teens that you don’t want driving on unfamiliar roads. Water play area for small kids is just below the balcony, but is not noisy or bothersome for those without small kids. Unit being on the 4th floor makes it easy to avoid the elevators during peak times. Although on a lower floor, it still has a great view of beach. Rain showers are easy to escape by walking over to shelter under Sea N Suds just next door. Very pleased with the location.

Great Condo; Responsive and helpful owner

The beach was crowded during our stay, and the indoor/outdoor pool was a bit cold and cloudy, but we were there during the biggest rush of the year, so this isn't unexpected for any property. The condo was exceptional: none of the minor "broken but hastily fixed" things you see in some condos. Solid furniture. Good utensils, dishes, and small appliances. You can tell the owners actually live hear for a good portion of the year. Very well maintained.
