The host was very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of information about the area. The condo was just as described in the photos. Condo was supplied with plenty of dishes and what we needed for cooking in. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. We had the very best meal at Wolf Bay by OWA. Our family enjoyed the amazing gulf views, The condo is centrally located to dining, shopping. We definitely would stay again.

We had the best stay. The property had everything we needed to get through the week. They thought of everything! We had one tiny minor inconvenience and the owner was there same day to fix it. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect view! 10/10 recommend the owners and this property.

Excellent location and FABULOUS host

We just finished our stay at White Caps. I have to mention the host, Clair first and foremost. She started communicating with me several weeks out from the trip with info on the condo and places to eat while there. Her communication was top notch. When we arrived at the condo there were a few issues that were out of her control but Clare went above AND BEYOND to fix these issues. There was no lag in communication, she was always available. We can’t thank her enough for doing all she could to ensure a good trip for us. There are some things that could use small updates but all in all the place is exactly as advertised. We were impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with all necessary cooking supplies. There was also an extra supply closet with all kinds of various items one might usually forget to bring on vacation but will inevitably need. The balcony is huge and nicely furnished. We never had to wait on an elevator even being on the 12th floor. The staff we encountered were friendly, the premises was kept clean and chair service was easy to rent. The location is convenient to any stores/pharmacies needed. Plenty of eating places close by which also provide door dash! I would not hesitate to stay here or book with Clair again in the future. Highly recommend.

Amazing views!! Great stay!

This trip was wonderful! It has so many pros to staying here, a few cons but nothing that would prevent us from booking again. The view is absolutely amazing! You get sunrise and sunset views, dolphins in the morning and ghost crab hunting at night. Lots of walkable places to eat. Place was very clean and safe. Only down fall as spoty WiFi in the rooms and light switches control random things like tvs or something. Like I said nothing that would prevent us from booking again. Place was perfect, host was top notch!!

Fall Break

My family and I had a great time staying at White Caps during our visit to Orange Beach. We enjoyed the view and the sounds of the ocean from our 12th floor balcony. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located. Easy to check in and plenty of parking. Crowds are low this time of year which made the beach days nice.

Beautiful property and amazing owner!

This condo was perfect for our vacation and the owner was amazing to work with! The owner went above and beyond to make this trip the best ever! We were so impressed by the property and the owner that we are in the process of saving a deposit so we can book again for next year! I’ve always said I wanted to try a new beach every vacation but this one has won us over and will be the place we will go for beach vacations!

Good Overall

The condo itself was nice, had everything we needed for our week stay, had a huge balcony that we enjoyed and was in a great location! Communication with the property owner was fantastic! She addressed any of our needs immediately and was extremely helpful and friendly. The only two negatives that we encountered was the security guards who worked for the condo. They took their job VERY seriously and made you feel watched constantly making your stay a tad bit less enjoyable. They were constantly on patrol through the parking lot checking for parking passes, not even giving you time to unload and get settled. They were not friendly whatsoever and put me a bit on edge with the creepiness of how close they seemed to watch you. The cleaning staff could also use a little retraining as we had to have them come back when we checked in to clean the kitchen properly. The condo owner addressed this immediately and it was resolved quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great family getaway

My family and I had a great time here! The condo was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Loved the location and the large balcony. We have stayed in many Orange Beach condos and never had a balcony that big! The condo was right on the beach, and the pools were beautiful. The owners were very sweet. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend staying here!

Family vacation

Property is clean, but not real clean. Mattresses in two bedrooms need replacement. Dishwasher about to come out, stove storage broken, sliding door from den extremely hard to open. Pictures on web site are from 20 years ago. Unit is in desperate need of renovating. Not worth what they are charging. Would not recommend..

Girls Get Away

There was a lot that was nice but several not great things. One kitchen towel, no kitchen cloths or hot pads for removing items from the stove. There was one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper so take extra. The lights under the cabinet need bulbs. The batteries in the remote needed replacing. The owner wanted us to pick them up. We never left the condo. That should not be what happens. There should be someone to provide such items. TV in guest bedroom DID NOT work. There were only 7 dining chairs. The picture shows 8. That was an issue bc we had 8 people. The shower curtains were GROSS. Black mold on the bottom of both. The showers had mold in the handles above the soap holder area. Both bathrooms smelled of MOLD. We enjoyed the view of the condo. The early entry with new code. The owner was very nice and responded with each time I reached out. The beds were comfortable,
