Very clean and lovingly maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing and a great place for morning coffee. The hosts were great and communicated exceptionally. Would definitely recommend, this will be our go to for a place in Orange Beach.

The views cannot be beat!! We could watch the sunrise AND the sunset from the balcony!! The beach was never too crowded. I loved that there were beach chairs provided, if needed. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and such a lively way to end each day.

The condo was wonderful with amazing views from both the master bedroom and living area. Being on the first floor was wonderful and made the beach access so quick and easy. The condo had everything you would need to relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean while feeling right at home. The beds were very comfortable to rest in after a busy day at the beach. The condo listing said there were four beach chairs for use in the storage closet, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a wagon along with beach umbrellas for use as well! This made our time on the beach even better! The location is perfect, because just as the listing stated, the beach isn’t very crowded at all in this area. Before our arrival, the owners made us aware of a leak in a unit above the condo and the finishing up of repairs included a dehumidifier and a fan were in the living area for one night. We so appreciated the heads up about that and the owners were more than accommodating for the one night of having the dehumidifier and fan in the unit. They were excellent to work with and answered any questions we had very promptly. We will definitely try to book with them again when we are in the orange beach area. Best condo and experience we’ve had at the beach!

Great location to beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Excellent locker full of chairs and umbrellas and more.Unfortunately there was a leak from above so this unit was filled with loud industrial fans and dehumidifiers and an ongoing leak above the bar. It was difficult to hear and speak with the machines running as well as navigate around them during the night.Was given a small discount for our troubles.

Wonderful retreat !

The condo was even more beautiful than the online pictures. The balcony offered the perfect view of the beach. Building directly connected to the beach, so convenient. Owners very responsive to questions. Took some freshly steamed seafood home from Lartigue’s Seafood Market and it was wonderful! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic as usual

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo. Honestly, we prefer the Pensacola Beach area, but this condo is the main reason we stay in Orange Beach.
