We have rented from Micheal 4 times now, both of his units. We love them and will never stay anywhere else is Gulf Shores. Such a laid back easy going place. Pool never crowded, feet away from the beach and beautiful views from the balconies. Super easy to book, we had 0 issues while staying!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing laid back beach vacation!!!

Affordable family complex

Small complex of townhouses on beach with nice pool, family oriented atmosphere that is quiet but close to everything. A little dated but you’re not in the townhouse that much. It does have a flight of steps up to 1st floor & 2nd floor, not a bad thing-just be prepared. Grounds are well maintained. Wouldn’t recommend sleeper sofa so bring an air mattress if you need more than 2 bedrooms. Overall I would rent again.

Relaxing

This was the perfect property for us! Quick access to the beach & no elevators to contend with. Our unit was clean and just the perfect size. Property has a really nice pool too. Our host was easy to communicate with & very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Gulf Shores Vacation

The location was perfect. You could see the ocean from every room in the house. We loved having privacy and our own parking garage. The pool was great too and the kids enjoyed being able to throw a football around in the grassy area. The house is a little dated, but that didn’t bother us. Michael was very efficient. There was an issue with the keys getting lost in the mail and he responded immediately and sent new ones. It was nice not having to deal with checking in and out because the keys came right to our house.

Can’t wait to go back

We typically stay in a high rise condo but wanted to try something different. We have found our new place!! You are so close to the beach it’s not a job to haul all your stuff out. Also if kids get hot or hungry it’s so easy to run to the pool or room. Excellent communication with the owner and fantastic small community where you’ll make friends!

Great family location

Loved the area. Close enough in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery. But not too close to the more populate area. Very close walk to the beach or the pool. Great views. Loved having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. Weather was amazing. Beach or pool was never over crowded. Huge toy box of sand toys to choose from. Nice you never had to fight over a parking spot. The cleanliness upon walking in were only concerns. Wrappers left from previous guests.

My Happy Place

We loved our condo at Gulfside Townhomes. It was very clean and well decorated. Michael is very easy to communicate with and answers texts promptly. We loved our time there.

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away. Unit is outdated and kitchen is not fully stocked of normal kitchen essentials as in pots, pans no oven mitt. Upstairs has shag carpet One of the balcony chairs was broken and mirror on the closets door was broke. Also bath tub/showers are very hard to get into. Tight space with glass doors on them so you are climbing around. The townhouse community itself is nice. Will likely look for a more updated unit in same location next time.

Gulf Shores Townhome

The location is right on the beach which was nice. The pool is larger than most other condo resorts. The one thing we didn't have is a pantry in the kitchen. There was no storage for food items we brought with us. The beach is more crowded since there is public access next to the townhomes. Traffic was an issue each time we went out to eat. It would be nice if Gulf Shores had a free transit so people could go up and down the beaches and not have to get in the car every time they wanted to go somewhere.

Great Family Friendly Location

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property has many Pros: excellent location. You are literally just a few steps to the beach. There is a small wooden walkway with a water hose to rinse off the sand. I think it may have taken us 1-2 minutes to reach the Ocean from our condo. The pool is also just a few feet away with convenient showers to rinse off and several tables with umbrellas. The pool was very clean. There are multiple lounge chairs as well. The entire complex was very family friendly. Our children were running around from the beach to the pool (with supervision) and everyone was very nice. The unit itself is as described with a very handy washer and dryer. The refrigerator and dishwasher appear to be band new. Cons: Our unit’s floors were not cleaned properly before our arrival. And there were a few other areas that needed a deep cleaning. Michael responded immediately and attempted to send a cleaner out- but we were at the beach. Michael did respond promptly with any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would book again.

Towne House on the Beach

GREAT TOWNHOUSE!!!

We loved this property. Very nicely decorated. Convenient to pool and beach. Enjoyed the 2 patios. Kitchen with full appliances. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.
