Great location to view the bay and the wildlife. Nice house with the exception of the furniture. Its all new but not very comfortable. Id book this again.

Property and home were amazing. We enjoyed fishing for a week. We caught shrimp and mullet in cast net, blue crabs in baskets, and flounder, black tip shark, small red, catfish, ladyfish, spanish Mackeral on poles.

Our first family vaca with both of our kids officially adults. Perfect for dock fishing & an easy walk to the beach Beautiful positioning for sunrise & sunset. Plenty of room & comfortable.We would offer suggestion of adding sand under the house for shaded seating that doesn’t require shoes to walk on. Fire pit area. And stock pot to the kitchen for seafood boils at home.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Each window has a view of the water. It seems like you are on a house boat. It's easy to check in and out. The property managers are extremely nice and helpful. The inside is decorated nicely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is in the entry way which is a little awkward, but it worked. There is plenty of seating in the living room with two comfortable recliners and some chairs. However, I would have liked a bigger comfy couch as well so the whole family would have been comfortable while watching TV. My husband and sons caught fish from the docks outside. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful to see from the house. The beach is just a short walk or quick drive across the highway. We loved staying in the Fort Morgan area. It is a short, nice drive into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

Great place !

We enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and the views were amazing ! I only gave the check in process 4 stars ,because I feel like it could have been an email and not an added stop. Check in was very simple we just stoped by and grabbed the packet and headed to the house. Parking is a bit limited but plenty of room for 2 vehicles. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and Peaceful

My husband, teenage daughter and myself had the best week staying at this beautiful home!! The home was very clean and beautifully layed out so you could take in the beauty of the bay! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking!! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great, quiet spot!

From start to finish, we were pleased with our stay. It was away from the crowd, but a super easy walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals at the house. The views over the bay were incredible! The only things we would want other guests to know are: *The master bedroom got warm, even with the thermostat set to 73. There is no fan, so we got a little hot at night. *The bed in the master bedroom is very loud when you move. If you need a more firm mattress, be prepared that you will wake up with a sore back due to this mattress being very squishy. *The 3rd bedroom is technically in the entry way. Not a huge deal, but just a heads up if you are concerned about kids sleeping in there. Everything else was great! We would stay here again.

Nice spot on the bay

Bring your tiny hooks and you'll catch croaker and saltwater cats all day. Saw someone catch a nice 23" trout early one morning next door. The house was clean and awesome for our family. My only suggestion is to put a water hose somewhere outside!

Property was perfectly as described! Check in was easy. The house was SUPER CLEAN! It was stocked with all the kitchen items you would need. The location is PERFECT! The two small docks are very nice! Would definitely stay there again!!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time, House was very clean! We arrived early and the Lady at Reed’s let us check in 3 hours earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after driving all night. My mother is handicapped and this house was perfect for her. She can’t do a lot of walking, so for it to be very accessible to the water was great. There is about 10 to 12 steps to get in the house but she managed well. Rental is right on the bay and is so relaxing!! Always a breeze blowing. We saw dolphins everyday of our stay, we also saw an alligator a couple times. We fished almost every evening, fishing is better right at sunset and after dark. Definitely would stay here again!!! One down fall I had was there is only one way in and out and it’s through the 3rd bedroom. It would be much better if you could get off of the deck instead of having to go through the house and out of the back. I also think part of the deck should be covered for rainy days. Overall experience was still 5 stars!

Great location and setup

Just 3 of us on this vacation (me, wife, teen daughter), and this house was great for us. The beach sand surrounding the yard was great, and there are some adirondack chairs provided. We don't typically swim in the ocean, but it is just across the street. We pretty much stayed at the house because it was so convenient to sit out in the sun, watch the dolphins, and be able to run back into the house for food etc. There are at least 4 dolphins that fed very close to house and that was cool to watch everyday. Pros: - location is easy to access and not in a busy area - beach sand yard was perfect for us - dolphins, pelicans really cool to watch everyday Cons: - master bed mattress very uncomfortable and loud. We woke each other up every time we rolled over - wifi unreliable for watching netflix etc To us the pros far outweighed the cons, so we would definitely stay again.

clean and new

Everything was brand new, the house was very clean. the fishing was good I caught redfish, sheepshead, whiting, catfish, and stingrays. we saw eagles and osprey, and all other types of birds. 18 miles to walmart. the only negative was the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable for a one month stay. you cannot lie down on the couch (too short). and they need steps from the deck to the yard. I would definately like to stay there again.

Best spot!

There are so many positives to this property. The view is amazing and I still felt like I was ON the beach. The teens loved it and so did Nana. In fact to get to rhe Beach wasn't that far, easily walked, but I felt like I was already there with this property. The kitchen is awesome too, very well stocked with cookware and appliances. Even a charcoal grill which we put to good use! The sunr8se and sunsets here are just gorgeous. The very minor negstives: no TP upon arrival (like zero, none on the spool), would love to see stairs off the back deck, ceiling fans in at least the bedrooms and table lamps. Also, I wouldn't consider this 3 bedrooms but it was perfect for our family with teens.. the 3rd bedroom is the entry way and more accurately described as a bunk in the hallway but I guess the "closet" they installed at the far ends allows the designation. It would be important if someone were looking for more privacy since there's only one entry in and out of the home. The beautiful back deck exit doesn't have stairs, so you can not leave the house that way. Still 5 stars for this home and I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful bay setting

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay. The location on the bay with easy access to the gulf side beaches across the road was alot of fun for the kids! We enjoyed the deck with views of the bay wildlife and had fun cooking in the nicely setup kitchen.
