My wife and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary with a couple of friends who’s 10 year anniversary is later this month. We chose to stay at this condo because of its location. My wife and I enjoy fishing and golfing. We were only 3-5 minutes from the pier, and 15 minutes from a couple of really nice golf courses. Meanwhile, our friends would rather just enjoy the beach, so they just walked out behind our condo and relaxed on the beach. There are several good eating and shopping opportunities within walking distance, as well as the Hangout. Added perk of the location is sitting on the condo balcony early in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee, while looking at and listening to the Gulf.We would recommend this condo to anyone going to Gulf Shores, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

Our stay was amazing and was the perfect place to sleep a lot of people! There was enough space for sleep everyone comfortable and the views were AMAZING! The only issue was that an older woman yelled and cursed at us randomly which was scary but other than that instance I would definitely recommend! The actual condo I amazing.

Great place, exactly as described!

There was a snafu with our reservations because I got Covid and Brian was wonderful about changing them for us so we could still go! We loved it here! The room was exactly as described and had a beautiful view. It was perfect for me my mother in law and my sisters! We had a wonderful girls weekend!

Nice Stay

The condo is in a perfect place. It is close to the main souvenir shops. My favorite restaurants. Very up dated and very clean. And the management is wonderful . Have stayed there now in the last three years four times.

Friends Beach Trip

Condo was perfect for a quick beach getaway for myself, wife and our friends. Location was perfect to get to many of Gulf Shores well known restaurants. We will definitely be booking this condo again for our next beach getaway.

We have stayed in this building for our last 3 trips, this condo was the largest with 2 large rooms and a comfy loving room. It’s not spotless but you should be spending most of your time down at the beach anyways. Owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas and chairs.

Great location, a little rough around the edges

Great location right on the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and one bedroom. We were comfortable with 6 people, but there were many things that were in need of repair/updates. The box springs on one bed was broken, and several of the throw pillows, along with the couch, were really dirty. A coat of paint would go a long way. Even though the condo was listed as non-smoking, smoke from the people in the unit below consistently drafted in. Back door to the balcony is broken and repaired halfway - difficult to open and close. Both bathrooms were great, though! The master bath was especially nice, and had a wand shower which helped with rinsing residual sand from our little kids. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the toy closet was AWESOME. There are plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs, and loads of toys for having fun on the beach! Overall, nice place to stay - easy to get in and out, very close proximity to most of the places you want to visit in Gulf Shores.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Condo was just as described. Coffee pot and Keurig which was nice. Corner condo on the 6th floor with beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms, living room and balcony. You are within walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery store. We didn’t use the stove or any of the pots and pans since we ate out all the time. When we are on vacation we don’t cook! We did get some snacks and drinks at a grocery store just across the street. The beach was beautiful. Beach chairs and an umbrella could be rented on the beach.

Excellent Condo!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Had pretty much everything you could possibly need! My only suggestion would be to install some blinds or different curtains in the first bedroom for privacy reasons. We loved the toy closet but some items were worn out and need to be replaced. But if we come back to Gulf Shores again, we definitely will stay here!!
