Awesome location, the condo was mostly clean. Furniture was so dated and uncomfortable, but didn't take away the charm.

Check in was great, even though it’s at a different location. The kitchen was Okay, minus they only had 3 coffee cups! LolFurniture was definitely well Loved! The patio only had 2 plastic lawn chairs, which is not enough for a 2 bedroom rental on the beach. Location was great! The rental was very clean, which is a plus!

Little things matter

As previous reviews have said the location of this property is perfect. The property is about 100 yards to the water and the view of the beach is phenomenal. Its a little difficult to get into the parking lot as there is only one entrance and sort of hidden especially at night. The complex is small compared to the other buildings around making it cozy and makes the beach area less crowded. The unit does need to be updated, large lump on the right side of the couch, old pvc patio furniture. Very few amenities. Only two rolls of toilet paper are provided., 2 pods for the dishwasher and no laundry detergent. The dryer does vent to the inside and makes the bedroom very warm. Additional rugs or mats ae needed inside at the doors. The balcony is very sandy. Also they still provide keys, a coded lock especially in a beach community is a must in 2025. One last item, with five people staying in the unit, the top bunk was not made and there was still sand on the mattress. Some small upgrades and attention to detail can really make this an absolutely perfect getaway unit. My family and I have stayed at numerous properties and its the attention to detail that is always the difference between and average property and an extraordinary one. This unit has that potential, if its realized.

The unit had a washer and dryer in the bedroom and it was not vented. Also it is past time to update the faucets, floors and paint.

Great location!

We love staying in this area. Condos in this complex are generally a little less expensively priced than others. Think this results from being a somewhat older building. However, the overall facilities are well kept. Each individual apartment depends upon the owner of that specific unit. We've stayed couple places in this complex and find the specific units to be pretty nice. Not fancy and perhaps somewhat dated...but clean and very workable. We were there for two weeks Jan/Feb 2025. And of course....GREAT LOCATION.

The furniture is dated and one of the kitchen chairs could not be used due to the seat splitting apart. There was quite a bit of sand still on the floor when arriving and the whole unit could’ve been cleaner. It wasn’t bad but not the best either. Location was great along with the beach access!

Girls Trip

Not impressed with this condo. I will not rent it again, too many things wrong with it and it was not cleaned properly, we moved a chair and found a piece of pizza under it! Wall plugs along the couch side wall didn’t work, bed rail on the top bunk was loose, sheets for the couch were stained badly altho they were clean they looked horrible. Could tell that the owners didn’t spend any $$ fixing this place up to make it nicer. Things were kinda cheap! Definitely not worth the price but we made it work and had a good time anyway. Lesson learned and keeping this one in my book to be sure I don’t rent it again. I will just have to look for a different place next time. This is really only the first time I have not had a quality condo rental from VRBO so not holding it against VRBO just think the owners need to upgrade some things in this condo.

Short getaway

My girls and I booked last minute trip to go for a long weekend and see Kenny Chesney at the Wharf and spend Memorial Day, great location and very clean. Highly recommend for small group.

Gulf shore Condo

Really dated. The patio furniture is cheap plastic. The bunk bed sheets on the lower bunk were clearly not changed, a jolly rancher was open and wrapper laying beside it under the comforter. The top bunk had no sheets. My daughter slept on top of the comforter and used a blanket out of the closet, she unfolded it and found some dried goo, not sure what it was, so clearly it had not been washed either. The kitchen counters were dusty and the dishwasher had powder of some kind all over the handle and front of it. Looked like seasoning of some kind. The bathrooms were very clean and the floors throughout the condo were also clean. The air conditioning worked great so that was a bonus. Overall, I would not use this property again.

Decent

Location, location, location! Right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We stayed for 6 nights the beginning of June. My biggest complaint was that the ocean view from the windows was blocked due to deterioration between the window panes. Could only see the ocean partially, due to that. I let management know on check out and hopefully they will fix that. Most likely will not return to this location. PCB has way nicer condos for way less money. Overall enjoyed our stay.
