Great place to stay with great porch to view the ocean. Very spacious for lots of people. Close walk to the beach. Only complaint is that the stairs are very steep up to unit and so are the stairs to upstairs bedrooms. No bedrooms downstairs. Only affected us because we had some elderly family with us. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

Spacious and clean!

We had a great stay here. The house is spacious, clean, and bery nicely decorated. The kitchen has tons of plates, glasses, mugs and utensils (Ikea) so we never had issues with serving dinner for all 8 of us. The kitchen also had plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The furniture in the living room and balcony has changed so the photos probably need to be updated. The balcony is large with plenty of seating for 6. The view is great but not super close to the water. The bathrooms were all very spacious with plenty of storage. The negatives were few - first, the road that the propert is on is busier than I imagined. On the balcony you will hear constant cars passing and they drown out any beach sounds you might get. It also makes crossing the street a little tricky, especially at night. The only other negative was that they provide nearly zero disposable household supplies! You get like 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, a small packet of dishwasher detergent and a sample size of dish soap. The cabinets in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were completely emptied. Every other home we have rented inevitability has some leftover supplies from the previous tenants - but they clearly go out of their way to empty the place in between guests. We had to go shopping for the bare necessities - not the best way to spend your vacation.

This is a beautiful property. The house comfortably slept 10. Having a fourth bathroom was extremely nice. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but there is access just across the street and the property provided a wagon. The pool was nice and clean, and rarely crowded during our stay. The patio has an amazing view, especially sunrises. The kitchen has everything you need. Only very minor issues during our stay that were very quickly resolved. The property managers responded quickly to all concerns and questions. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

Cute property!! Stayed for my daughter's wedding, and it was perfect, as we held her wedding at the State Park. Very clean & comfortable! The one thing I would suggest are sun shades that can be pulled down on either side of the balcony for added privacy. Thank you so much!

Awesome!!

Jet East was the PERFECT Getaway for my family and I. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had enough bedrooms and baths for each of us to have our own. We didn’t immediately need anything as far as cleaning supplies, etc. because they were kind enough to supply us with a starter kit. It was right across from the beach and the community itself was very peaceful (just what we needed)! The only thing we had trouble with was the stairs as they were kind of steep, the floors were soft in a few places and in the guest room with the king bed, the mattress was very uncomfortable. With that being said I would STILL recommend Jet East to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay! God Bless, The Abrahams.

Review for Vrbo Not for public review: for house owners This place is def a 5 location and I would recommend to anyone looking to come to this area. It’s a beautiful place with so much to offer As someone with almost unrealistic expectations of hotels/vrbos I wanted to share a few things for the home owners to consider•It’s probably time to consider replacing the rugs in the home or having them professionally cleaned. The rug in downstairs living room has a strong dog odor and some areas with like a black stain. I thought it was only one area but I saw it in several spots. •The plastic plates and utensils are ready to be replaced. They have cut marks from people using knifes on them and they just aren’t usable once that happens. (Same for the kids plastic utensils, once they stain and have marks they probably aren’t the best to use) •There are a few towels that have seen better days and are torn or incredibly thin. Some of them are so tiny that larger people probably can’t even cover their entire body. •The master bedroom on the street view side could probably use the mattress being flipped. There’s a large divot on side closest to the bathroom (super comfy just really noticeable) •The barstool cushion fabric is a bit stained. While they are cute and go with the decor I would consider swapping out barstools that don’t have a cushion. I know cushions are more desirable but it’s harder to keep those clean. •I’d say the same for the couch. You just ne

Wonderful!

Our family and friends stayed in this beautiful condo for 6 nights during our Thanksgiving vacation. We have traveled to the Alabama beaches every year and everyone agreed this was the best place we have ever rented. The kitchen was fully furnished with dishes and cookware, the en-suite bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the living room furniture arranged for group seating. Everything was exceptionally clean. The condo is across from the beach and easily walkable. We biked around Gulf State Park, walked the beaches and loved our stay. The management company is exceptional and easily contacted. They even set up an Alexa device ready to answer questions as well. There are two sets of stairs that are challenging to climb but if that is not an issue, we highly recommend Jet East!

Gymnastics weekend

We had a great stay! Properly is new with all amenities we needed. Quiet because we were the only ones in the complex. Easy to navigate the area. We enjoyed the Alexa that gave us some ideas for activities and restaurants. We would stay again if gymnastics brings us to the gulf coast.

Work and Fun Can Happen

I attended a conference with colleagues and we enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained and a great location. Tidy, Cozy and Modern Beach Home

We recently stayed from Sunday-Thursday. The home was tidy, clean, and ready for us to unpack. The location was perfect; we could enjoy the pool a few feet away from the condo or stroll to the beach. The only thing that was strange was on the day of our checkout, the cleaning people parked outside of the unit for 45 minutes prior to us leaving. We just thought it was strange that they were just sitting there as we were packing up. Overall, we'd stay again.

Gulf Shores Beach Visit

Overall, this property was very clean and nicely decorated. The two main negatives are: 1. The seating on the porch is not comfortable and there are not enough seats for the group. We tend to use the outdoor seating a lot so this was a big negative for us. 2. The grill needs to be disgarded, it is rusty and in pieces. I imagine it is difficult to maintain a grill in the salty air, but we were disapointed that we could not use it.
