This was a family vacation. Manager was prompt for fixing the light situation in the bathrooms but we never did get the slider on the top floor fixed. Three floors to get to the master with belongings would be tough for an elderly person. The pool and the pool furniture were very nice. But some of the interior could use some attention.

Location of the house is perfect! The pool between the gulf and the house allows you to see pool from deck(s) as well as the Gulf. Several days with dolphins close to shore! The furniture in living and dining room (particularly couch and dining room chairs) could use some updates but also understandable with this being a beach house. The furniture isn't terrible by any means! We enjoy it or stay so much!

The house was wonderfully located to the stores easy walk to the beach great having a pool right outside the door. The only negative thing I could say would be update the furniture the third floor bed mattress was not very comfortable at all felt the springs along with one of the bedrooms on the second floor as well. Bedroom on third floor chest of drawers. All the handles are broke off so you could not actually access the drawers.. living room had too many chairs just not enough space for the chairs that were located in there. We were constantly having to move them out of the way of the door..

Beach Vacation 2025

Location Location Location!!!! This property is close to everything! The store and restaurant across the street were so convenient My family had a great time staying at Sundancer! The house could use a little updating and TLC, but overall, our vacation was relaxing & enjoyable. The house was clean and easily accessible. We shared the Duplex with a great family and enjoyed the afternoons in the refreshing pool.

Perfect Vacation

This vacation home was just perfect for all of our family !!! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of play room for the kids too !! The property was clean, neat , and happy !! We would beach in the morning and go to the pool in the afternoon !! We also loved the location !! It was close to everything and especially the little store across the street !! I’m just sorry that I was too slow to book again this year !! Thank you Rick and Susan !!

Great House, Great Location

End of summer vacation with family and friends, and a last minute change of plans on where we were staying brought us to this house. Everyone wanted to be on the beach and this house delivered. Plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their own area and even more. Literally just steps to the beach and it was much less crowded than the public areas. Our group decided to eat out every night so we did not do much cooking, but it looked as though the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Communication with the owner and check in was easy with no problems at all. We had a great stay, and would recommend this property!

Perfect stay

We loved our stay in the purple house. The house was in a great location. Across the road from Waves that made it easy to pick up anything you needed. West enough that you have more space on the beach. Pool was great to share with just one other family. House was spacious enough large group didn’t feel on top of each other. Everyone could have their own space. We would love to come back!

This house is in the perfect location! It’s not on the main, busy drag but still close enough to get to all of the restaurants, shops, and excursions you want to do. The house was great for our family of 14 (infants to adults). We loved having the private pool and being steps away from the beach. The house is a little outdated and needs some maintenance work done, but overall is a great place to stay.

Spring Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the extra bunk bed room was perfect for our group. The extra refrigerator was also a bonus! We appreciated the amount of communication and access we had to the management company.

We enjoyed our stay spending time with our family during the Thanksgiving holidays. The Condo was nice and we like that area. The complaints we had was the floor was dirty when we arrived, the mattresses were noisy, the appliances and linens were old.

Great place to stay!!

Loved the property. We would definitely choose this house to stay for family vaca again. Only complaint I could think of would be might could do a better mattress, or a mattress topper. But if there was no change I’d still be happy to stay again!!! Wonderful owners as well!!!!

Nice beach house

The house is nice. We enjoyed the location, the pool and beach. The bathrooms upstairs on 2nd floor needed a thorough cleaning.
