Parking is free and is located directly below the home for easy and quick property entry.

Relax in this beautifully decorated duplex located across the street from the beach, with gated Beach Boardwalk just a few steps from your door. You have a view of the Gulf of Mexico from both decks. Watch the pelicans and seagulls or just relax in the sun from the Master BRM Deck. Lower deck provides seating for relaxing, entertaining or dining. Each spacious bedroom upstairs has a full bath and there is a full bath downstairs for guests using the Queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

It's only a few steps to swim, relax and enjoy our beautiful white sandy beach. After a fun filled day, either at the beach, the pool or tennis court, dinner is available within walking distance.
