Beautiful home. Worked perfect for our family. Everything was exactly as described. Property managers were super helpful when I called early to check on how to get our check in packet since it was on a Sunday/holiday. Recommend this property!

A great choice

Overall, this property was everything we needed in our vacation home! So close to the beach but also the private pool was a big hit. The house was filled with a lot of amenities and beach toys!There were a few screws that are starting to come up on the deck and the upstairs fans were noisy.

Gulf Shores Vacay

We met another couple and our daughter for a friends / family vacation in a place we’ve never been. We loved the house and the pool was really nice because it also had a little shade on it if you didn’t want to be in the sun. The location of the house to the beach access was great as well. Not a bad walk at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house!

The house was great, we loved that it was close to the beach and had a pool. The only negative thing was the pool had so much chlorine that most everyone who swam in it had bad rashes and made it hard to enjoy any beach or pool activity for a few days after swimming in it.

Fun in the Sun

Our extended family enjoyed a week at this lovely home. It was quite clean, and had space for everyone. We would stay again. The pool deck was extremely hot to walk on. We cooked all week, and found there were a few items in the kitchen we would have liked. (Mixing bowl or serving bowl, spatulas) That is a minor detail and didn’t impact our fun.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with family. Only a short walk to the beach. Bring an extra grill if you plan on cooking. Lots of space for large groups and the pool was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Fort Morgan Trip

Great house, great location. Easy access to the beach. Cleaning crew should be fired. Goldfish crackers and sweetarts on deck surrounding pool. Babies crawling on floor within 5 minutes of being there had black on their legs and feet. Rest of the house clean enough, but several folks got sick with virus during our stay and not sure if that was related to not being cleaned thoroughly/properly or just a coincidence. Would highly recommend finding another cleaning crew. Other than that and not ideal weather the house was roomy and accommodated our group of 7 adults and 2 babies very well. Walk to the beach was short.

Great beach stay

House was convenient to beach. We had kids under 5 so the pool out back was so nice. The views were nice from back and front. House met our needs and was well furnished. This area is quiet and that’s what we like!

Perfect for families with small children!

Goin’ Coastal was great for our friend group which included five kids under age 10! The location was perfect to walk right across to the beach and spend the entire day while also being able to get back to the home quickly for naps for the littles, to make a quick lunch, and if weather started getting yucky we could make it inside in plenty of time!! The beach was not crowded at all which made it an enjoyable experience!! The pool was a nice touch to be able to jump in before or after a day at the beach, however, 4/5 of the kids did experience some skin irritation the very first day we arrived after being in the pool for just a short time. We believe this is possibly due to a chemical imbalance in the pool & thats our biggest complaint about our stay! On our 3rd night ourselves & many others in the area had our vehicles entered and sand dumped inside them along with cash stolen. (We obviously take full responsibility for leaving our vehicles unlocked, but we want to make others aware to LOCK YOUR VEHICLES!!!) The only other downfall was that we would’ve loved to have access to a broom during the stay to tidy up the common areas each day! There was a vacuum handy, which we utilized instead! Overall it was a great trip & we would definitely return for future beach vacations!!

Just what we wanted

We had a diverse group of infants, toddlers and young children. This house was pretty perfect for our group. Very short walk across the street to the water, pool was clean, everything in the house was functioning except my son in law had issues finding a blender that worked. Its a safe area, quiet, away from commotion. There is a Dollar General store that has good supply of some groceries and neccessary items. The house did supply dish towels and some dish soap. Dishwasher works well but we did buy tabs for it as well as paper towels, tp, hand soap. Also, just FYI sunscreen and hats even if its cloudy out...we learned the hard way.

Wonderful location

The location of this home is great. We walked across the street to the beach. We felt comfortable letting our children play football outside in the street. They walked to the basketball courts by themselves. A very family oriented feel to the neighborhood. The location is more secluded which was nice and quiet and one day we were able to see the blue angels practicing while walking on the beach. The house was roomy for the eight of us. The pool was not heated so it was cold but our kids enjoyed using it for polar plunges when they lost games or bets. We made great memories here. I have already recommended it to friends. The only hiccup was not knowing how to check in and we were a day late to the house because of winter storms. I called the rental company and they were kind and told me the process. The problem was easily fixed.

Beautiful Beach House!

The house was amazing! Check in was a breeze. The kids & adults enjoyed the beach during the day and the pool at night. The kitchen had just about every appliance that you would need to cook. Everything was clean. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Average but Could be More

House was serviceable. Great to have a pool. Ground level was not cleaned. Came with bare minimum of essentials. Pool and covered deck- needs lights(or at least string lights) and ceiling fans to make nighttime more enjoyable. Made 2 service requests- handled fast and efficient.

Vacation 2022

The pool was great. The grandkids loved it. It was very clean! It would have been nice to have more then two towel sets per bathroom, constantly had to do laundry. A nice clean coffee pot would be awesome item to add. They were actually three but they were in need of a good cleaning. The grill was also something that definitely needed upgraded. All in all it was a great trip but to spend 6,000 for a week, I feel like the amenities was below average. We stayed last year for half the price and it was a much nicer place.
