Beautiful Condo

We took our daughter and a few of her friends for a five day getaway after graduation. They loved the look of the condo. Very clean, neat, and modern. My wife and I enjoyed it as well! Really great space and loved the spaciousness of the balcony. Even though it’s not on the beach, you can see the gulf from the beautiful wall of windows that covers the entire end of the space. The beach access was very close as well which was a nice surprise.

Baseball & The Beach

My family was here for a youth baseball event, and we loved the trip. The condo was the perfect setup for our family, and had just enough space for us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We were a short drive to everything, but we were still far enough away that we could get away from the traffic and crowds. The beach access was just across the street, and there was plenty of parking no matter when we got home for the night. If we take another trip to this area, we will definitely look at this place again.

Loved the location and the elevator! :)

We were here with 3 of our kids Mar.22nd through 27th. We were just here last week and I feel like some of our pictures did not look like it does online. The patio furniture is really old and rusted out and I didn't want to sit on it. I tried wiping it down with soap and water, but it didn't help. I feel like some of the pictures of the resort were from awhile ago. It rained a lot while we were here and I know it is hard to keep things clean when it rains. I loved the big table inside that was big enough for all of us to play games on and eat our meals.There was no grill on our patio like the pictures have Inside our condo was clean, but the rest of the building seemed a little run down. I loved the elevators, washer/dryer, pool and the four minute walk the beach! There is nothing available to use for the beach. You have to bring all of your own stuff. Cookie sheets in the kitchen were not usable and there is no can opener or pizza pans. I had to use aluminum foil to cover the cookie sheets The refrigerator wasn't working right and froze all of our food on our last couple days there. Also, parking cost $35. My husband was disappointed in the fitness center because it only had a couple treadmills. Two amazing things was manager/host is incredible!! He answered everyone of my dumb emails asking 100 questions before we came. The communication was amazing! Another one we loved was the bathroom in the master bedroom was SO just gorgeous and huge!

Family Vacay

Our whole family visits GS each year! We love it at Sanibel!! Condos are new, modern, and large. Love the big pool and great parking and bike storage. Rental was easy, condo was great!

One of the best!

We had a great time staying here! Clean, close to the beach, enough room for 8 people, perfect for me, 2 of my boys, my sister, my best friend, her 2 kids, and her mother in law. I think having the 2 and a half bathrooms helped out so much! Great fishing area behind the complex and safe places to take walks if you are interested in keeping up with your physical activity. Not too far from the traditional tourist things but it was a plus to not be too close. We will be back! Book it now! You will not regret it!

Wonderful Experience!

Our stay this past weekend was a wonderful experience! The kitchen had all the necessities and the view was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the pool!

Beautiful Condo with Ocean View

Easy check in/check out process. Pictures of listing were spot on, our family was very comfortable in this condo. The pool was nice and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for our trip.

First time @ Gulf Shores, we will be back!

The unit we stayed in was great! The location pool and access to the public beach was nice. The only thing that would have made it better is locks on the sliding door and front door. My 4 yr old escape artist kept me on my toes! Oh! Black out curtains! The littles kept waking thinking it was morning with all the lights shinning outside the windows. Can’t wait to come back. Absolutely Amazing Stay

Our week long stay was great! Great short 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was great and spacious. Communication with Condo staff was great. Great place to stay with family. We love Gulf Shores because of the family feel. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

Relaxing, Refreshing, Would Return

This was my first time initiating a rental property via VRBO (other times, friends did all the heavy lifting on reservations), which I shared during my reservation. Given that I shared it was my first time, I would think a smidge more care on communication would be given (more on this below), but we survived. Overall, it was a decent experience (4-stars). I've stayed at Sanibel before (via other friends), surprisingly enough I remembered this when we pulled up. Great location, clean space, everything one would need to enjoy a vacation. I will say that the owners weren't the best with communication through vrbo website. I'm looking now at 2 msgs I sent but weren't responded to. :( As a newbie, it was really frustrating/anxiety-inducing. The listing states a 4pm check-in, but then I received an email from the site stating it was 5pm. I messaged about this, and was told they try for 4pm but 5pm is check in time, which is super late in my opinion, given that check out is 10am) and that I would receive text with check-in code between 2-4pm. I didn't receive the check-in information. I called/text at 430pm requesting info and again at 530pm. I eventually got through after 530pm to the owner who text the info. I think it would be best if the check-in codes were both emailed and text, given that phone cell service isn't always guaranteed. There was also no forewarning about parking fee on the listing (didn't receive this until 2days before, cash-only). The site manager (to get the parking pass) was not there at the time of our arrival, so it was nerve-wracking to a degree to not have this piece taken care of. Toaster also was not functioning (or maybe it was the outlet not working). All in all, now that I've gotten through my first experience, I know a bit more of what to expect. I'd stay here again, with hopes the communication and check in process was better.
