We have stayed at the Sea Chase off and on for the last 20 years and love this property. However, the unit that we rented this year was very disappointing. The first night we got there, the kid's feet were almost black from walking on the floor barefoot. We had just arrived; it should have been just cleaned. You pay a hefty cleaning fee when you leave. so, you assume the unit was cleaned prior to your arrival. The stove did not heat properly. It burnt the tops of the rolls/biscuits/casserole, but the inside was not fully done. The door that holds the dishwasher tablets was broken. And to top it all off, we had a water roach that showed up. Parking pass fees were posted on property different than what was charged.... As stated, the views, the pools, Sea Chase, is a great property. We just didn't reserve the right unit this time.

The property was a wonderful base camp for our family to use while attending a nearby wedding. It’s got direct access to a great section of beach, as well as local restaurants and shopping. Communication with the Property Manager was first rate. The view from the balcony is amazing and the pool and jacuzzi are easy to access. The unit is very tastefully decorated. The only “knock” if there is one would be that the building is approaching 40 years old and some of the exterior and design are showing signs of the age. Parking was extremely easy and plentiful spacing. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed in Condo

Upon entering the condo we immediately noticed that the living room lamp was setting on the floor, the lamps had a large chip out of base of the lamp. There was food crumbs and sand on the floors in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, bathroom and closet. In the kitchen the toaster and Keurig coffee marker were not in working condition. Numerous dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, and coffee cups had large chips in them. In addition to food crumbs in the silverware drawer and next to the trash can. The dryer has rusted areas on the top of the dryer. The master bedroom sheets had blood stains and food crumbs between the fitted sheet and mattress. The bed comforter also had stains and needed to be laundered. All of which is totally not acceptable!

Home Away From Home

We’re a family of six and we absolutely LOVED this property! Plenty of room, the place had wonderful decor, the beds were super comfortable, and the view from the balcony was fantastic! This place had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. We were right across the street from a Walmart marketplace, so the convenience of needing something last minute was also nice. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops within walking, or a short driving distance. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Highly recommend!

Comfy stay at the beach

Condo is nicely appoijnted with furnishings and beach decor. Beautiful view. Nice furniture on the lanai. Master bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect Beach Stay!

We loved this condo and property. Great location-close to groceries, restaurants & shopping. The condo was spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. We loved watching dolphins play from the balcony. Multiple pools, but the one at the East tower was never crowded, so we stayed there all week. Short walk to the beach with chair rental available right in front of our building. We had a great week!!

Elevator issues.

Both elevators were broken the day we arrived. Fortunately, they were fixed that afternoon as I’m handicapped and could not have walked up the steps to the 8th floor. One elevator broke again during the week and still was not in service when we left. Coffee pot in the unit needs replaced. It leaked water. Beds were very comfortable as was the outdoor furniture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 803e.

Such a nice relaxing week

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at this beautiful condo. We’re both teachers and always enjoy a nice relaxing week each year. It’s our annual mother/daughter week away and we look forward to it each year. Location is perfect and condo is beautifully decorated. Andrea, the property manager is also amazing to deal with each time we come.

Great Condo

The property is as described. The pictures are accurate and the condo is very nice. Great deck, (Great Deck Furniture) for watching dolphins and sunsets. The condo complex is very clean. I would stay here again.

Loved the condo and grounds

We absolutely loved our stay at 803e! The condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, being across the street from Walmart. The grounds are beautiful and my children loved the pools. I felt so safe letting my kids walk around. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The one and only complaint I have is, you cannot lock the door from the inside. It has a code to unlock and come in, but a dead bolt would have been helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Somewhat disapointed

The pictures online are not up to date. The furniture and layout in the condo was different and the children’s outside pool was different. The indoor pool is a death trap should there ever be an emergency. Many many doors but only two actually work. The numerous others are locked. A map of the condo or written instructions on where to find things would be helpful. I looked for but never found an office or anyone working there other than the people in the guard building. Check out instructions I received by email and the instructions posted on the fridge are not the same. Would I come again? Yes but I think it could be even better.

Great Location

Comfortable condo with good space and great access to beach. Love the balcony and enjoy sitting out there for coffee in the morning and drinks and snacks at the end of the day!
