The only negative thing was you could hear every move that the people in the penthouses made. Sounded like they were rearranging furniture all night long.

The view from this condo is amazing! The rooms are so nice and everything was very clean. The property manager was very helpful and would reply to a text message within minutes. We have stayed in this building twice now and we never want to stay anywhere else.

Great unit for family vacation

Gorgeous views and room for everyone! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach in front of the condo was also clean and not overly crowded. We used the onsite gym as well. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The master bed was a little stiff, however we tend to like a softer mattress. Would definitely stay here again!

World Series Stay

Booked the room for our stay during the World Series. The room was immaculate!!!!! The management was responsive when we needed an extra parking pass. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Excellent - location, views, beach! Condo was just as pictured, very clean and plenty of room for our group of seven. Parking and access to the condo were both very easy. For the cost, would be nice if they supplied more than one days' worth of toiletries, specifically one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher and dish soap and laundry detergent; but overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

Gulf Shores Fall Vacation

Condo was very nice. Management was great. We booked at last minute to avoid Hurricane Helene. This is our favorite condo building to stay in when we go to Gulf Shores.

Amazing views!

The view from the 25th floor was outstanding! We were lucky enough to see dolphins each morning. We had good communication with Kerry and he was helpful during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family and we appreciated being able to have home cooked meals throughout our stay. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone!!

2023 Family vacation

The condo was great! Beautiful views! Beautiful sunsets! There was so much to do when the weather was a little rainy. Lots of different restaurants near by also. We had a really good time. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view

This condo has beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. We saw a bunch of dolphins, a sea turtle and even a shark from the balcony. Then you sit on the other balcony and had beautiful view of the sunset. Even though it is on the 25th floor the elevators were great. Even on check in day. It is perfectly located to walk to everything.

Incredible

Kerry was great to work with. The view was the best view I have ever had and I have traveled a lot of places. There wasn’t a day that went by that we were not able to see sharks and sting rays from the balcony and we even saw some dolphins a few days. I would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing views!

Amazing views and location. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Beds comfortable. Lock on the front door didn’t always function properly. Had to try multiple times to get door to unlock and open. Towels and bedding were older. Bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Overall positive. I would return to this condo again.

Perfect stay

The views from this condo are amazing, the condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This location was as advertised. It’s a great condo with unreal views. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and Kerry the owner. It was a very easy check in/out process and everything was clearly communicated from Kerry.
