Great location

Kitchen is very short on silverware and utensils. We mostly ate out or with other family in another unit at Seawind. Dryer needs replacement, the inside stays wet when not in use and the rust and chips keep the door from latching. Amenities are not up to what we are usually expecting in the area so we probably will not be staying here again. Over all, should have investigated amenities before booking. My niece choose the place not me.

Worth every penny

Very quaint, but room enough for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The couch has a pull out bed but it is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! We got a queen air matress to use instead. Kitchen is nice all utensils included. All appliances working good except the ice maker(crushed ice) not working. Love the fact there's a wash/dryer. 2 balcony ocean views. Did not want to leave. Alot of people complain about the elevator being slow, but in actuality it's not except at peak times you may have to wait 10min or so. It goes from floor to floor quickly.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Perfect location, amazing view and nice accommodations. Don’t worry, reviews that say the elevator takes too long are exaggerated. The elevators are quick (unless someone is holding them and that’s not the condo's fault. Be sure to pack your own beach towels!

Good location

Nice condo although aged but price was reasonable. We found the parking to be a challenge since we have a pickup truck - but there were plenty of alternatives outside the garage.

No curtains in main living area, left message with property mgmt and owner, no response. No spatulas, had to borrow from init 1403, which we also had rented. Dishwasher could use some new racks. Overall great experience would rebook.

Gorgeous

The view was out of sight. The furniture need to be replaced. My great Grandma almost fell out of the chair. She's 91 years old. Furniture was too low to sit in. The elevators took too long and it was hot in there need air. The dishes in the condominium were dirty. But overall, the vacation was wonderful. I enjoy looking over the ocean. Had a wonderful time.

Making memories with our two wonderful granddaughters

The view of the ocean from the 14th floor balcony, was amazing!! The condo was very nice and clean. The only thing we was disappointed at was the one small bedroom with a regular bed, was expecting a queen size bed as was written on your site. You really need to correct this.

Time at the beach

Check in was communicated very clearly. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the view is amazing! We loved that it’s just steps to the beach and so close to restaurants and shopping. Checkout instructions were clear and easy. We would love to come back!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

Beautiful condo within walking distance to lots

Stayed in the condo with my family. 2 adults 1 child. The condo was very clean and had an absolutely amazing view! It was in an awesome location which was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our favorite being Sea and Suds. The elevators close and move very fast so that is something to keep in mind with little ones. We just held the open button and it was fine after we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again. My one gripe is they only left 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and by the last full day we had ran out in one of the bathrooms.

Condo was beautiful and the beds were amazing!! Very clean and nicely decorated. Disappointed that pool area and hot tub were out of service due to repairs and maintenance, but still got to enjoy them a couple of days during our stay ( we were also compensated for the inconvenience which was very nice) and it did not interfere with us having a wonderful family vacation! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!

Winter getaway.

Great location, right on the beach and well located. Essential items were in the kitchen. A new clothes dryer would be nice. Enjoyed the balcony and the sunrises.

The condo was clean and they even provided tiny shampoos and conditioners. Providing beach chairs and sand toys was wonderful and one less thing that had to be packed. The beds were comfortable and the view cant be beat

Perfect family of 4 getaway

Beautiful 4 days at the beach with the family. Our boys are 7 and 3, mini golf, splash pad & hot tub gave us plenty to do and keep our boys occupied.
