Pool was out of commission entire month. Which was a huge disappointment. Master BR quilt was dirty-had to wash. They had a fire in unit above the month before which caused water damage to units below so we had adjusters in and out several times. They had to replace head board before we got there. It looked like something from Walmart and wasn’t attached correctly causing it to hit the wall every time you sat on the bed. Shelf in closet fell off wall maybe due to water damage in drywall. They did come and repair. The best part of this unit was the balcony. Balcony Furniture was updated and comfortable. Plenty of space to view the Gulf and relax. Liked location. Close to everything.

Needs some cleaning/updating

The location was perfect. My kids (5,3,11months) REALLY enjoyed the splash pad area. The regular pool is not near big enough for the size of the condo, I would hope eventually they would upgrade that. We did discover a leaky faucet handle the day we arrived which I immediately messaged the “immediate maintenance” number about but never heard back. We ended up keeping a towel around the sink otherwise it was soaked in water. No fault to the condo owners, but we did have a yeti cooler stolen from right outside of our condo. We set it down coming back from the beach to enter the condo and clearly forgot to pick it up. So that was disappointing, there was just nothing to do unfortunately. The bed linens were fine but my teenage brother was staying in the couch so we got the spare linens/pillows provided in the closets. They were nasty! There were two dark blue blankets just covered in various stains. Also, the couch was covered in stains and just felt dirty sitting on it. I would recommend replacing or really cleaning that thing! Overall, we enjoyed the stay. But we stayed at a condo last time through a private owner and not a rental company, and next time I would opt for a private owner, as they seem to care more about the cleanliness aspect, in my experience.

Quiet lovely

It was very nice, comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. We had one little issue with shower knob but the maintenance guy came right away and was friendly and offering information. It was fixed and not any other issues. Loved it!

We've stayed at seawind before and loved it. This room wasn't the cleanest. We had a sheet over the couch the whole time. Walls need a good cleaning. But for the price of it, I wasn't expecting the best room and can't complain much. It was the cheapest we found. They gave me 4 different prices on a 2nd parking pass which was annoying. But they let me check in early because of it so I was grateful for that. Overall ok. You get what you pay for.

Time of rest and relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at 1203. It was unseasonably cold but does not affect the condo. Because of the cold we spent more time inside so we used the sofa a lot. It was not the most comfortable one and needed a cleaning. There were no hooks in master bedroom to hang jackets or overnight clothes. We carried a kitchen table chair in there to place those things on it. It was nicely decorated and clean. The 3rd bedroom was VERY small, no storage for anything and barely enough room to scoot around the foot of the bed. No one had to use it on our 2week stay

Great location, excellent service

When we arrived, we wanted to make sure we had chairs to sit on the beach. They were missing so we verified that they were supposed to be there on the listing. We contacted the agent and while we were out to dinner, the ninjas arrived and left just what we needed. It was so prompt, and the communication was extremely helpful and kind!

My daughters 2nd bday weekend

We stayed here for my daughters birthday this year and loved it and most definitely will be back. The unit was clean and matched the rental description completely. The splash pad area was diffidently a hit with her. If your planning to stay with littles this place is perfect. She could move around and play without us having to be right there to hold her. Plus with a bunch of lil toddlers running around she had plenty of friends to play with. Our only negative with the property is how small the parking spaces are. It's makes it hard to be able to park somewhere and be able to get the babies out the car seat in almost all spaces.

Pictures weren't a good representation of the property

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The location and view from the property was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very quick to answer any questions. We did, however, have a few complaints. One of the bedrooms was SO tiny, that the bed touched the walls on 3 sides (it looked MUCH larger in the pictures) It didn't even have a closet! The air conditioner was extremely loud when it came on. The parking garage was AWFUL. I have a smaller SUV and I had to let everyone out before pulling into a space, because my doors would hit the wall. Last of all, the pool was SUPER tiny. We didn't even bother getting in it.

Great Trip , Horrible Parking

The condo itself is great, very clean and has a lot of extras such as dishes, coffee pot plus a Keurig, washer and dryer. I recommend bringing your own beach chairs because the ones provided were broke, Bring laundry detergent so you can wash the towels and rags because enough are not provided for a 4 day stay with 8 people, also bring toilet paper because each bathroom has one roll and that's it and also bring trash bags . The view from the condo is amazing and loved the patio furniture on the balcony. we also loved the satellite tv for the grand babies they were able to watch their favorite shows on the rainy days . The parking is horrible the spaces aren't built for trucks or mini vans or really anything bigger than a small sedan or jeep . each parking spot is two cars then a concrete wall then two cars and etc.... so u are parked very close to another vehicle if u can fit in the spot . we had to park outside the parking deck our whole trip because my sons full size truck and our van would not fit .

Condo was great, clean, spacious and kitchen well stocked with needs. The parking was terrible spaces very small you could not even open your door to get car seat or luggage out.
