Amazing place!

We had a large family reunion here with attendees ranging from 6 months old to 85 years old. This place was spectacular and everyone had an amazing time. The heated pool came in especially handy since we didn't have great beach weather during our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a large group of golfers

Great house with plenty of everything! Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, huge complete kitchen, deck with pool, multiple large TV’s, etc - all overlooking the gulf and beautiful beach. Plenty of room for all the guys to watch the NCAA basketball or find a quiet spot to take a call. Check in was simple and the host was very responsive. This is the type of property you hope to find on VRBO - better than the photos. The golf courses in this area were very nice with Lakewood Golf Club being my favorite. If you like seafood, you’ll love the restaurants in this area. Can’t wait to go back.

Great house!

This house is amazing! There were 20 of us from 2-73 and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep in beds and have their privacy too. The pool is wonderful with lots of pool furniture, the closeness to the ocean and the boardwalk were very helpful, and the living areas were very spacious- lots of eating at the table, 3 refrigerators, 2 under-the-counter ice makers, 2 coffee stations, and an ELEVATOR to take luggage and groceries to the other levels! We're going back next year!!!

Beautiful home!!

This home is beautiful and we’d stay here again! The only thing lacking in the kitchen is every day mixing bowls, which we did need a lot. But other than that the kitchen is stocked great!

Perfect reunion spot!

This house was perfect for our family reunion! First I must say how helpful Greg & the crew from ALVacationRentals was. We were scheduled to go in 2021, but due to COVID, they allowed us to push it back to 2022. We ended up with 25 people from 12 - 82 and everyone loved it! The whole house was great, but the kitchen was phenomenal! The ones that didn’t want to go to the beach could sit on the deck next to the pool & not miss a thing. The second floor was great for the younger generation to play games & watch movies. Seaside East exceeded all of our expectations!

Amazing!

Wow, wow, and wow! What an amazing place to have a family reunion. Huge kitchen with tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone had their own space and right on the beach. Pool is great. We will be back!

Seaside East - Absolutely Beautiful

House was perfect. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. Pool was great, big enough for our entire group. Kitchen had just about anything you might need. Plenty of towels provided in each room. Elevator was a nice feature. Will definitely return!

Beautiful Place

I rented this place for a getaway week for my employees and their spouses. The place is very spacious with multiple dishwashers, fridges, ice makers, ovens, and washers and dryers which is so convenient for a large group. It is beautifully decorated, and the location could not be more perfect. The only negative in my opinion is for the price I would expect to not have to bring

Plenty of room for my large family.

We liked the property. Burner on outside grill not working. Called, maintenance came out, still did not work. Thanks to neighbors for use of their grill. Light bulbs in rooms, especially on night stands need to be working. Pool and deck was most enjoyable.

Family Reunion

This is the most beautiful property that we have stayed! We loved the fact that there was plenty of room for everyone, the private pool, and being directly on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. The hosts were always available to any question we might have. The only recommendation would be a fire pit on site for s’mores or just sitting outside in the evening! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, family friendly home!

Beautiful House, Beach Access, Great Location

We had a great time at this property! The house is huge and well-accommodated our group of 38! The location is perfect and all amenities were wonderful. Greg was easy to work with and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. The elevator was very helpful to the elderly folks in our group as well as one of the guests who had a broken leg. The kitchen is AMAZING! We cooked and grilled most nights because restaurants were understaffed, and this kitchen was perfect for accommodating large groups. The view from the back porch is beautiful — we spent many nights out there together. The only thing that could’ve been better: The HVAC on the 2nd (kitchen) floor did not work for two nights. We contacted the HVAC specialist whose number was given to us by the property owner, and he came by that day to check it out but didn’t fix it until the following day, so we spent two nights in 80 degree temperature on that floor. The next day, we called the resident handyman and he came to check it out (very friendly) then called the HVAC specialist back to repair it. It worked great the rest of the week.
