This house was fantastic it really felt like home away from home! It smelled amazing and was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s almost like you’re in your own little bubble with this house. The kitchen appliances and utensils it comes with is just crazy! From an orange juice maker to a wok and a huge pot for a crab boil. It’s fully stocked. There is a house and a really nice outdoor shower to use when you get back from the beach! It’s just a very near perfect place to stay with a small family.

Perfect family beach trip!

This location exceeded our expectations! It was so convenient to walk down to the beach. The beach was not crowded. This is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach and avoid the busy touristy areas, but still close enough to make a short drive to tourist attractions when you want.

The view of the beach from the cottage was wonderful! The space inside was perfect for our family and friends, especially in the living room. Lots of places we’ve stayed have always been more cramped for us all. This was perfect. Everything was great.

Family Time

We loved our stay. It was so nice to bring our dog along with us. She loved the ocean. The location is perfect. It was so nice to walk to the beach. We went multiple times a day. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would definitely love to come back!

Great Beach House

This was the perfect beach house for our family of 4 and dog. The house was very clean and tidy. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses, utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, etc. The “did you forget something “ baskets under the sink in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area was vey quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was short.There were beach chairs and beach toys to use. It was so nice being able to take our dog with us and walk him on the beach. We would definitely rent this home again.

Thanksgiving getaway

We decided to go away for Thanksgiving this year and found this cute cottage. It was perfect!! We had plenty of space to be together, yet still have our own space when needed. We were the perfect distance to the beautiful beaches. It was quiet and relaxing and just what my family needed this year to have a relaxing and restful break from reality. Thank you to the boys for sharing their cottage!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This house is in a beautiful location. A short walk to the beach. And the beach, was perfect. Some days my family were the only people on the beach. Our kids could explore and have some freedom without us having to worry. Overall a great experience and a great place for kids and families.

Cozy and private cottage

When we pulled up, it looked like approaching a tree house. The house decor is so appealing, a nice beach vibe. The kitchen was stocked with anything anyone might need. There is a nice view of the water from the decks, and a short walk to the beach. It was a very pleasant week.

Great location, pet friendly beach

Ran down to the coast with our small dog. Very clean, well equipped rental. A little walk to beach but manageable. A very convenient parking area when carrying accoutrements. Good AC! Quiet and comfortable.

Amazing House

House was very comfortable, many little touches made it a delightful stay. Comfy beds and couches. Fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment, quick walk to beach. Secluded, private beach. Would definitely stay here again.

End of summer vacation

The house and location was ideal for our end of summer vacation. We wanted to take the kids to the beach before school started back and this place was perfect. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed to get started. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The patio/deck was a perfect peaceful space to just wind down after a day at the beach. The beach was not crowded which we loved. The owners of this property have a beautiful home and the property managers were easy and wonderful to work with. We will definitely try to book our next beach vacation at this location.

Beach getaway

I stayed at seagrass cottage with my husband and 3 kids. We very much enjoyed being away from the large crowds. This house does not sit directly on the beach but is one street over. There is a pathway that leads to the beach from the back of the cottage. It is actually pretty arduous with kids and gear in tow, although the distance is pretty short. It's mostly loose sand so it's hard to walk and pull a wagon, etc. The cottage itself was so quaint. I loved the architecture and decor. It has every kitchen appliance you could imagine. Even a nutribullet, which I used every day. It also had a crawfish pot, if you're feeling adventurous. It has only 2 bathrooms, which was not a surprise. It got a little tight with all of us trying to wash up after the beach. But hot water supply was good, and water was not too soft. Overall great place and would definitely return

Beachside Home

After a horrible stay in Colorado through a different website, booking this home was certainly a nerve-wracking experience. We booked this home as five adults and one dog for the last week of May in 2022. Everyone was pleasantly surprised with the home as it had two porches (one deck and a balcony) as well as plenty of space to move around without getting crowded. We only saw one neighbor throughout our stay as the house is located in a secluded area (second to last house on a dead end road). The walk to the beach was certainly doable though I can see that one might have some problems if the grass gets too grown up around the walking path. The beach area itself remained mostly empty except for the occasional small group coming by every few hours. The water pressure and air system worked great (took us awhile to find the thermostat which was hidden behind the master bedroom door). There was a significant amount of dishware and silverware as well as other cooking equipment already provided. I would strongly recommend bringing extra paper towels, toilet paper, and regular towels as they do not provide any extras. Don't forget to check the cabinets as we found some pretty cool movies tucked away on the last night.

Remote and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrass Cottage. The property offered everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach walking and bird watching, and at night -- countless stars.
