Disappointing Experience Overall (But Great View)Unfortunately, my stay started off on the wrong foot. The person who called me to sign the contract sounded annoyed from the beginning, which didn’t set a great tone.Communication could’ve been better. You don’t get the check-in email until 4pm, which is when you first hear about the starter items provided. That timing leaves no room to prepare or bring your own essentials. It would have helped to receive a heads-up email earlier in the day saying that more info would follow later—I had to reach out myself just to find out what to expect.The provided supplies were minimal: half a roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and no spray cleaner. The bed was uncomfortable—very hard with flat pillows—and the bathroom had a lingering smell. The A/C couldn’t be set below 70 degrees, and there was no fan to help with airflow. You're also expected to put away dishes before leaving, which felt like an unnecessary added chore.That said, the one standout positive was the view—it was absolutely amazing and easily the best part of the stay.Still, overall I wouldn’t return or recommend. In the future, I’ll stick to owner-operated places where the experience tends to feel more thoughtful and personalized.

It was perfect for our little group. Clean, convenient for the beach. It was great and would rent again. Our only little problem was the air stayed at 70And it just didn’t cool off enough for us. But overall we liked the place

Super clean

We had a great time. My only complaint is that we got there early and couldn't access the pool because the fobs are in the room and the room wasn't ready until 4. Same with check out, we stayed and laid on the beach but you can't get into the restroom to change or access the pool. Would be much better if there was a code and not a fob.

we loved the condo, it was a little small but it was perfect for us and it was very clean and the view from there was beautiful. pool was clean. i would definitely recommend this place if there is just a couple people staying there.

Beautiful view

The unit itself was very nice and we found it as advertised. No complaints whatsoever with our unit. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom were great. The furnishings are very nice. The building itself needs updating and cleaning. The pool is disgusting. If you are looking for a nice pool I would stay elsewhere. The bathrooms at the pool area are bad!

Not terrible…Needs a little TLC

The condo was obviously cleaned before we arrived. You could smell cleaner when we opened the door. The bathroom was mostly clean but the shower curtain had mildew inside. The air intake vent and living area vent were shabby and needed a good cleaning or replacement. The king mattress was weird. It was very hard and seemed like there was air in it. The unit was right off the elevator. Although the complex was mostly quiet you could hear everything in front of the elevator in the bedroom. The window could use some sound proofing. There is a tiny fan in the living area in an unusual spot. It put out great air circulation but was odd. One lamp was missing a knob in the living room and an outlet plate cover needed to be replaced. The outdoor outlet did not work at all. The HOA should consider updating the front doors. These are pretty rough. Also the rental management is a bit inconvenient. A keyless entry would be a great update. The toilet needs to be replaced. It is hard to flush and runs constantly if not watched. All that being said the view was beautiful and the beach was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor furniture was nice. WI-FI was stable. Fine for a short trip. It would be too tight for 6 adults, but fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

Great condo, poor management

Nice condo. Gulf Sands (male) very rude when we called the morning of checkout explaining our vehicle had broken down the previous night and was towed for repair. We had no car to load our luggage and checkout. Basically told us it was our problem we needed to get out. A missed opportunity for customer service.

Great for small family

My family enjoyed our stay and the condo was a good size for our family. We loved that the beach was not crowded and we never had to wait on an elevator. We would stay here again.
