We always stay at Gulf Shores Plantation as it is very family friendly and just about 10-15 minutes away from downtown. The check in process is easy but can take a little time depending on incoming traffic. We checked in at the guard shack which had one very friendly person on staff. Upon arrival at the condo the door key would not work. We reached out to the property manager, Shailee, and she took care of it quickly. The room was decorated so cute and fully stocked with all necessary items for cooking. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not functioning properly, so it made for a few warm nights. I reached out to Shailee again and she had maintenance and then an a/c company out just as soon as possible to get us fixed up. Though we had a couple of issues (beyond the managements control) we had a wonderful stay!
