Lovely beachside condo for six
- Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

The condo was conveniently located to shopping, great restaurants but especially to the beach. This gulf front condo provided views for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The deck allowed for beautiful gulf views and sounds of the waves. We would definitely stay in this wonderful c9ndo again.

We've been going to Sandpiper for more years than I can remember and always have a great time. 6C has become our favorite condo on the property. It's well stocked with everything we need. The kitchen update done this year is great. Only bad thing about it is the oven takes 20-30 minutes to preheat. The other update needed is the bed in the main bedroom. The one now is very noisy everytime you move. Everything else is is great, though.

The Bender Reality staff were very nice. Sandpiper 6C is beautiful. We had a view of the ocean. It was very convenient to go shopping and out to eat. There are so many restaurants around to pick from. We went to Toby Keith's restaurant at The Wharf in Orange Beach. It was so good that we went there twice during our stay. It is so beautiful there that i would recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to going back next year!

WE were happy with our rental, our daughter had rented a unit from another agent, ours was superior. They had an electrical problem with the Sandpiper complex, and Bender refunded 2 days of rent for loss of the pool and inconvenience while they repairs were made.

The kitchen was awesome. Fully stocked with baking and cooking items. It really had everything. The entire condo was very nicely decorated. The only problem is that the reclining chairs leg rest would not stay up so that one could recline in them. We were not able to get the music system working for some reason.

Beautiful condo unit in a more intimate setting than other nearby huge complexes. Quiet, serene and relaxing. Beautiful ocean view and beach access. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment within 5-10 minutes. This was our 2nd annual trip to stay at these units and we definitely will be back!

We've been staying at the Sandpiper off and on for almost 30 years. While it is one of the oldest complexes on the beach, a lot of the units have been remodeled. That being said, a lot of the newer condos are a lot nicer. Sandpiper is a family friendly place and is enjoyable as long as parents make their kids follow the rules. Our children are grown now but they grew up at Sandpiper and we always had them follow the rules. The week was great, a lot of good families, and we enjoyed the beach and grilling time.

Everything was incredible from the moment we got to the office to check in. Staff was extremely pleasant & helpful, including prior to arrival when booking. Condo was very clean & well furnished including amenities, with the most incredible view from our front door that included direct beach access.

We love staying in Sandpiper 6C.. Great location to the beach, and love the pool. Everything is always clean, and the room has everything to make you feel like its a home away from home. Only negative would be to recommend new carpet be installed. Over all , the room/location/beach never ceases to amaze us, and we will definitely be back, as always :)
