I never write reviews but this place deserves one. From the moment you walk in the door you will definitely be amazed by the ocean view. The check in and out process was easy. The beds were comfortable! We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing condo, location and view from the balcony! Spend several hours on the balcony watching dolphins, activities on beach, sipping coffee, eating, reading, playing cards, just soaking it all in.

Mine and my son’s birthday celebration. Family went down and the condo was perfect! Walking distance from so much!! Traffic was a bit of a bear on Monday- but we expected that after a holiday weekend! We will be back!!

Beach trip 2024

We have stayed in several Phoenix Condos for years. But, San Carlos showed up with exactly what we needed at a good price. SC #502 was perfect!!! Clean is my biggest concern. This unit was not only clean, but not cluttered with what nots. We loved the space. The only thing I would recommend adding is a full length mirror. A hair dryer would be nice, but I brought mine, so it was not an issue. We had an issue with the sheet set for the pull out sofa. . . Twin bottom and top sheets with king pillow cases. I sent a text to our contact and a new set of sheets were delivered within hours. We love this unit!

Good location right on the beach

Condo was as described. Our family of 4 stayed here and there was plently of space. The building has 20 floors and this condo is on the 5rh floor. The 3 elevators were fast and we never had a problem getting in and out quickly. The beach access was great and the location made it is to walk to stores and restaurants in the area.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Overall we loved it. It was perfect for a family vacation. Such a cute condo. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms were very nice. Of course loved the patio! My only complaint was the check in was very inconvenient. We had to go to the Suncoast office to verify age and we couldn't get our door code until 5:20 when check in is at 4:00. We had nowhere else to go so loaded our stuff into carts outside our room. I called the office and was told the hold up was replacing light bulbs. We knocked on the door and definitely no one was there. The kids were bouncing off the walls and seems like we could've had our codes at 4:00! Other than that, lovely condo

Great location and ocean views

The property was as advertised. Kitchen had all you need for cooking in, well stocked dishes, pots, etc. Air conditioning worked well (comment related to another past review). Bed was comfortable. Best part is the ocean view. Only tip for your packing is that one of the pictures shows a kurig, but it has a coffee pot that requires the round flat bottom filters and loose coffee. Would stay here again.

Condo on the beach in Gulf Shores Alabama!

The Condo was right on the beach and walking distance to places to eat. The property was well kept and we felt safe coming and going. It was nice to park the car and just enjoy our vacation on the beach. This was our first time using Vrbo and will be using it for future vacations.

Won’t stay again!

The AC was terrible!!! We never got a full nights sleep one time the whole week. It was too hot in our room. We called twice to complain. The service man came both times & just blew us off. He said Zi’ll be back & we never saw him again. We will not stay at San Carlos 502 ever again

Clean perfect condo

This is the best unit and condo we have stayed in Gulf Shores and we have visited Gulf Shores numerous times. It was so clean and perfectly stocked. It was quiet with our favorite eating place, Sea n Suds, right next door. Perfect location within walking distance to many dining options. Crico’s Pizza was fantastic. Delivery takes about an hour so keep that in mind. This was the best pizza I have ever had! I really liked the 5th floor and especially liked not being above the pool. It was very quiet. Deck seating was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. It had lots of startup supplies so we didn’t need to worry about that for a couple of days. Hats off to the cleaning crew. As you know, a dirty condo can ruin your vacation. With this unit, you have nothing to worry about. We live in Kentucky so it was straight down 65 to highway 59 that led straight to the condo. It was very spacious and the 3 elevators were fast. San Carlos is wonderful. All the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need.

Great Condo , excellent location

No blender and Walmart was sold out!! 😂 Everything was within walking distance, great beach and Mikees Seafood was very good. The Beach Boys that takes care of your property Thomas and Brandon were great!! Overall excellent!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and this condo was perfect! The condo is very nice and in a great location. We had teenagers with us that could walk around to places and the beach was wonderful. The condo was clean and set up perfect for families. We would definitely come back.
