We had the absolute best time on our trip. The condo was so clean, had everything we needed, and the host was top tier. She checked in on us multiple times, and answered any questions we had. It was overall a great experience, and I’d recommend it over and over again!

Such a wonderful experience. This was our first trip to a beach and Linda made everything so easy. We were 100% not prepared for beach days but Linda came to the rescue. Our condo was furnished with all the beach essentials (wagon, chairs, toys, boogie boards, aloe) and she was so quick to respond if we needed anything or had any questions. The kitchen was furnished with everything you need to fix a meal, the rooms were clean and the balcony was amazing! It's just a short walk to the pier and there was a store across the street that had a little bit of everything. I am so thankful for this experience and how stress-free it was.

The condo was the perfect location in Gulf Shores! The view and balcony were amazing. It had a great workout facility on days that are too hot to exercise outside. It was very clean, great linens and stocked very well!! The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Mother's 70th birthday

Our stay was absolutely beautiful everything was provided in the condo all the way down to seasonings to cook. The condo was very clean and it truly is exactly as it shows in pictures. Great location and a wonderful host that was responsive to everything I may have asked about. 10 out of 10 stay for me and my family thanks again.

High floor condo with large wrap around deck and great views!

The condo was very nice and clean. The large wraparound deck gave us plenty of room for us to all hang out and watch the fireworks that let off on the state park pier right outside. We appreciated having all the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the beach. Totally saved us money as we didn’t have to rent chairs on the beach. The unit was busy as it was a holiday weekend, but we had no problems with the elevator or with the noise levels. It was a great stay! Would definitely recommend! Great location, walking distance to the restaurants and convenience store across the street. The unit had everything we needed.

Graduation Trip

The condo was better than the pictures. We had the best balcony and enjoyed sitting on it every morning and evening. Best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. So many activities right at the beach where the condo is located. Parasailing, jet ski and banana boat, our girls did it all and so loved parasailing. Eat at sea and suds, food was great it was a fun adventure. We so enjoyed our stay our host was easy to get in contact with wanted to make sure everything was as we expected it to be. Just amazing!

Our first time to visit Gulf Shores and this condo did not disappoint! All the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the gulf. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! Lisa, the host, is very responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend you stay here! We hope to visit again.

We Love It Here!

We can’t say enough great things about 1704 and our association with Linda (our hostess). Her interest in making 1704 a home away from home is so heartfelt. 1704 has all you need to have a great experience with family or friends! Great place

This is the best condo I have stayed at. The owner is fabulous and only a text or call away. You have everything you need to cook with from pots and pans down to spices. I would recommend staying in 1704 at the Seawind over any other.

Comfortable and Convenient with Captivating Views

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and our kids absolutely loved the bunk bed. The spacious balcony overlooking the beach was a highlight, offering a perfect spot for our morning coffee, lunch breaks, and drinks during sunset. There was ample space for our family to relax when we weren't out on the beach, and everything we needed was conveniently close by. The decor had a cozy, homey feel, and the host’s communication before and during our stay was exceptional.

You can’t get much better than this well-appointed condo on the beach. Everything you could want is supplied. Beds are comfy. Everything’s clean. Owner considerate and responsive. Sea ‘n Suds (beach restaurant) is steps away. But, the view from the wraparound balcony and a spot on this beach in Gulf Shores is really all you could possibly need.
