Location, location, location! The good: Walkable location, cozy, nice decor, comfortable living room and dining room furniture. Lovely balcony. Everything worked. Good response time from owners. Wonderful covered parking.The part that could use improvement: The front door is very hard to latch. Must push hard on the door. There was no stopper for the guest bathtub. The master bed mattress could be replaced soon. Not impossible to sleep on, but starting to wear with a bit of a slant pulling me to the middle of the bed. I would upgrade the appliances for aesthetic reasons. They worked, but were older and had quite a bit of rust and wear. Overall, we were happy here and would stay here again.

This was our second consecutive year to stay at this condo and, once again, it did not disappoint. Breathtaking views, not only from the balcony, but from the moment you walk in the door! Lovely ocean sounds! Short easy walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful (we did visit in the off season). We watched every sunrise and every sunset! Short easy drive to everywhere we went. Easy check in/check out process. Ken and Rhonda are super responsive and helpful. You will not regret booking this condo!

Rhonda was very responsive and extremely helpful during our booking process. She gets 10 stars out of five for starters! Upon arrival we found convenient parking labeled for "loading and unloading" adjacent to the entry doors with a generous supply of carts to assist loading in and out. Don't look for the traditional hotel-style luggage dollies; these are large shopping carts emblazoned with the San Carlos logo - not escapees from WalMart parking lot :) ! Use two if you need them. Entry doors open the way to three high-speed elevators. We followed Rhonda's easy instructions to the front door of our unit, punched the unlock code, and we were in! That's the check-in procedure! The condo was exactly as pictured, only more spacious than the photos depict. The architecture is modern and the decor gives the appearance of a "showplace" model condo unit. And the balcony spans the width of the master suite plus the living area providing unmatched views of the gulf and the immaculate beach below. The Adirondack deck furniture is very comfortable. There were no surprises; the unit was squeaky clean and everything worked as designed. There is a smart switch in the master bath with a touch screen control that's a little tricky but I used my iPad stylus to make selections and it worked great. We had absolutely no issues! The entire building appears to be constructed to withstand a cat 5 storm and as a result, very secure and quiet. You want to stay here!!!

We will absolutely be back and will be thrilled to book our stay at the same condo! The views from our room were incredible- we saw dolphins every single day! I spent so much time on the balcony watching the ocean. Our condo was so spacious and we felt right at home. We loved it so much we extended our stay by two more nights- our hosts made the process SO easy- they were so quick to respond. I have absolutely no complaints! Gulf Shores was welcoming and friendly and I miss it already!

Overall i would say that my stay was ok. The decor was dated and the couch was awful. The beds in second BR were very uncomfortable.i think there should be beach towels available, who has room In luggage for big towels?? The view was the best part.

Baseball At The Beach

Rhonda and Ken’s condo was very nice. It was a little dated BUT very nice and clean. The view was absolutely amazing! Rhonda and Ken were very responsive. We would definitely stay with them again!

It’s literally on the beach

We have stayed at many places that say they’re on the beach but aren’t. This is on the beach. Safe property. Great amenities. Home away from home for sure. Highly recommend.

Incredible views!

What a great stay! Check in to get our parking and beach wristbands was super easy. Parking was easy. Plenty of carts to get all of our stuff up to the breathtaking 17th floor condo! The condo had everything you need. We overpacked considering the washer and drier in the condo. The refrigerator made just enough ice to fill our little igloo drink cooler everyday, but if you need more, there's a pay/bag ice vendor on ground level. You can get from the 17th floor condo to the beach in in less than 2 minutes walk/elevator.The condo itself…what can I say. Just amazing. A huge master suite with a huge walk in closet, huge bathroom, and balcony. The 2nd bedroom has its own bathroom. The massive hot water heater had no problem running both showers at the same time. We used the kitchen to make our own breakfast every day and had lunch and dinner out. (Except one day we had breakfast at Sunliner Diner which was incredible) If we ever want to come to gulf shores again, this is the move. We even saw dolphins from the comfy balcony chairs!
