I booked this property based on the great past reviews. We’ve stayed at the beach club for the past 13 years and were so excited to bring my entire family, brother, nephew and parents, down to experience the gulf this year.I urge anyone coming to the beach club to book a different condo within the complex. We arrived to dirty floors, sticky residue on the counters and absolutely no storage space for food and In some closets. Initially the cleanliness didn’t bother me, I’m a mom I know the cleaning life, but then we noticed 2 of the toilets didn’t work. Ok not a huge problem, we can fix those, moved to the kids room…the stairs to the bunk bed were not fasted to the bed itself and left nails exposed. The closets in the bunk bed room were full of light fixtures, paint cans, broke chairs and umbrellas. We couldn’t even place our stuff in that closet. Moving on to the master bedroom the door hinge was broke and would not allow the door to shut properly. Late in our stay the shower faucet fell off leaving the shower unusable. All of this could have been worked out and I would have left an amazing review, but Pam’s lack of response to my 2 emails and multiple texts or care of our issues was unacceptable and ultimately why I am posting this review.
