It was a great area to stay. Unit could use some maintenance. Staying for a month it needed some new pans and skillet for cooking. The living room chair looks good but felt like I was sitting on ground, hard to get up and down for a 70 year old with bad knees.

Uncomfortable seating in the living room / bed noise

The accommodations were very nice and enjoyable for 2 adults. My issue or warning is the couch and chair are very hard to get out of. We are older and the low profile makes your exit up and out of them challenging.We had issues getting the local TV stations as well. It was a challenge to figure out which of the 3 remotes to operate for the free service in the room.The master bedroom king bed makes allot of noise when you get out of the bed on the edges. The side support seems to be worn out on the bed. I had to fix the leaky toilet in the master bath to stop the constant water fill. Those are the issues we had to deal with upon our arrival.The actual rooms and stay went well and very much enjoyed the view and sounds of the surf. If the living room issues were corrected, I would consider returning next year.We really liked the close location to Hwy 59 and the surrounding accommodations for shopping and food.I would recommend this area for those seeking a very nice beach and easy location with less traffic.

1st trip to Gulf Shores

We will definitely be back but for more than a week. My cleanliness rating is only based on the cleaner hasn’t cleaned base boards on a regular basis. Bathrooms really noticeable. We had a great week’s sleep nice & quiet. Nice new pillows. Beautiful weather

Great Getaway.

The condo was described perfectly to a T. The area has several restaurants and little stores in walking distance. Condo was clean and very well taken care of. Only one downfall was the mattress in the king bed was alittle sung in but nothing that would make me not stay there again. Looking forward to the next trip.

Condo was clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Great restaurants within walking distance. Condo really needs a new entry door or the existing needs cleaning and painting, its not to inviting to walk up to.

Summer Trip

The location of our stay was excellent. Islands West was a nice older building. Friendly atmosphere and easy check in. In need of some mild maintenance. Pool tiles falling off and in need of some paint. Our unit could stand a few bathroom updates otherwise clean and enjoyable.

The location was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing as we watched the Dolphins from our balcony each morning. Only negative was the tub would not drain in the front bathroom and the fan would not work. There was a lot of dirty clothes left in the dresser from a previous guest and no batteries in the tv remote. Overall these were minor issues. I would def. stay again.

Perfect for the Family

This was such a great condo. Perfect location and perfect beach access. (The beach is RIGHT there!) You could tell it was a little older property but it was well maintained and cleanliness was great. Easy check in and communication. We had three adults and two kids - perfectly fit us. Beautiful view of the beach. First time for my family at Gulf Shores and it was fantastic. Close to everything. Good thing we had the pool because it was double red flags for the week so - no beach swimming! Pool was a little small but water was kept at a good temp and it was clean. Kids had a good time in the pool. I even made a seafood boil and steamed crab legs one evening for dinner - well-equipped kitchen! The two grandkids gave the condo two thumbs up.

Central Gulf Shores location, wonderful views

My husband and I spent a wonderful, relaxing week at this top floor condo in early October. The unit was clean and decently equipped. The views from the balcony were great and we spent a lot of time out there. We were able to walk to several restaurants for dinners and running to the grocery was convenient enough with several options. We would stay here again in the future.
