Perfect location but needs a deep clean
Pros: -excellent communication with hosts before the trip for check-in-10/10 for location. It was wonderful being right on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and watching the dolphins from our deck while drinking coffee in the morning and a cold drink in the afternoon was the highlight of the trip.- all amenities were exactly as described - Was able to check-in early and the host communicated this which was a bonus!- Had some soap, dish detergent, trash bags and toilet paper to get us started-air conditioner worked perfect- great layout for our party of 6- A service came twice a week to pull out the trash and bring it back in. Much appreciated!Cons:- The house could really use a deep clean. The baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and bead board in the bathrooms are dusty and dirty. The white stair rail was gray and grimy upon arrival and we had to scrub with several Clorox wipes. There were used towels and bath mats in the upstairs bathroom upon arrival. The couch and pillows in the living room could also use a deep steam clean as they were rather smelly. Our kids feet were turning black from walking barefoot in the house. We had to keep reminding them to stay off the floor.- Something structurally is happening in the master bedroom on the top floor because the floor is sinking in. It dipped down right in the middle of the room. Our heads were higher than our feet when laying in bed.- peeling paint from ceiling and seams - could use new paint
