The best condo!

We have been staying in the Mustique condo for over 20 years and this was probably our favorite condo to stay in. Comfortable beds, clean spaces, well appointed kitchen. Next time we are coming for a month!

Conveniently located away from the busy public beach, but close enough to convenience and grocery stores, and the main restaurants. None of us wanted to leave!

Outstanding condo with Spectacular views

Floor to ceiling windows allow for spectacular views of the gulf & lagoon. Condo space and amenities were perfect. Easy beach access and no crowds were great. Location is away from crowds yet close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Adults and children all want to return!

Great location

We have stayed in this building four years in a row. Beach is not too crowded because it is more residential. You have to drive to restaurants, but there are some close by. Our refrigerator went out and was not repaired by day four when we were scheduled to leave; however, they did refund a portion of our stay and were responsive to our requests.

Perfect weather for a perfect vacation

Due to the forecast of 30% chance of storms we experience 2 days of many showers on the beach. It did not discourage. So as we continue to lay out and enjoy this overcast weather and listen to the ocean breeze it was still all pleasant. So no matter how the weather may end up always enjoy and be thankful for the beauty of God's creation

Heat Wave

The condo itself was very nice and pretty, but our stay was not comfortable. The AC was set by owner at 74 degrees and would not reset. The condo was hot…annoyingly hot and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. The property manager was extremely accommodating and sent a service person to check it but he was unable to “reset” it and override the owner setting. One of the pleasures of staying at the beach are the gorgeous views… however, we had to keep the drapes closed during the day to try to minimize any additional heat from the sun coming in. I would not stay in this particular unit again under the same conditions. It was very disappointing. We have stayed at Mustique many times and have always loved staying there. We love the pool, the front and back views, the grounds, easy beach access and the low key/less crowded area, too. I gave two stars for Accuracy of Listing based on the AC situation…had we known, we would not have chosen this unit, paid over $3,000 and been so uncomfortable all week.

Beautiful views

Beautiful Condo. Spacious with lots of amenities! I fought with the A/C the entire time bc it apparently is programmed to be 72 or 73 depending on time of day. The couches are super worn but other than that the place was beautiful. Beds super comfy. You’ll need a step ladder to reach the master bedroom lol.

Great place & nice location

Great views. You get half the whole floor. Short easy walk to beach, nice pool for kids. Not too much traffic down there.

Amazing

This property exceeded our expectations. Here is why you should choose this one: 1.) The View: was so stunning no matter what time of day 2.) Privacy: this unit took up the entire left side of the 18th floor. 3.) spacious: this unit is very big! We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of space . 4.) So many bathrooms: this 4 bedroom unit has 4 full bathrooms and even a half bathroom 5.) fully stocked kitchen: anything you need for cooking meals . 6.) separate ice machine- one of my favorite things about this unit. Came in so handy 7.) full sized washing machine and dryer- made keeping clean towels easy . 8.) furniture/beds: very comfortable 9.) easy access to the beach: this condo has its own gates entrance to the beach. Took less than 5 minutes to walk across the small road . 10.) lots of parking 11.) sauna and steam room: perfect for our stay since the weather was cold and the “hot tub” wasn’t really hot. 12.) management: very quick to respond with any questions we had and even reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back.

Family Fun at the Beach

Lovely four bedroom condo that is ideal for families. Located on the west end of Gulf Shores, traffic is lighter and the area is quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Fabulous condo

This property was absolutely wonderful and could not have been any better in meeting our needs. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The property management company was very responsive and provided a very thorough check in and checkout guide. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!!!

I had no problems renting the property. It had all the rooms and bathrooms, that was promised. The property management texted to make sure, everything was good. I would definitely rent again.👍

The View from up there….awesome!

The view from almost every room was great the higher the better. The eighteenth floor was like flying on a plane. I like that the setup was simple it was 01 or 02. It was virtually noise proof. Even though it was nice it could use a little more love as for as the decorations and some tweaking here and there, (comforters, floor, etc..)

Great family location and beautiful unit

The unit was beautiful, the views were spectacular. The pool was closed for 2 days of our stay and the pier was missing completely. Those seem to be building problems rather than unit specific. The unit could have been a little cleaner, mainly floors still felt sticky in spots, but overall it felt pretty clean and everything was in rest working order. The kitchen is stocked with any and everything you would need and the layout was perfect for two families with young kids. We loved all the space and the beds were comfortable. The keyless entry was great so we didn’t have to worry about carrying anything with us. The beach location wasn’t too crowded, we had a nice area everyday to spread out and enjoy our day. I would recommend this unit to anyone considering it.

Heavenly Oasis

This condo was exactly as pictured except one thing...the views were even more stunning than anticipated! Our extended family was staying on the beach in a large house but we appreciated having a luxurious break from the chaos. Kitchen was beautifully outfitted, unit felt quiet and private and the master bath with a view of the ocean was the icing on the cake! The property manager was super communicative which we really appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special vacation.

The condo was just as we expected! Beautiful and great views! We are very sad and disappointed that the outdoor pool AND pier were not accessible. I never saw anyone even working on them. We payed a lot for our stay and couldn’t use some of the amenities…that was very disappointing…you should have at the very least discounted some off the condo considering this.

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Design and function were the attributes. Although the pool and dock were under repairs, we were able to take in our beach experience via beach access. Recommending to family and friends.

18th floor view

Overall the property was great. The condo was large and had a fantastic view. Easy walk to the beach to set up and enjoy sun in the fun. Property was close to restaurants. Only drawbacks. We rented a 4 bedroom with 4 total families but could only park 2 cars at property. Had to park other cars quite a bit away. Only part that wasn’t very clean was bathroom with shower curtain- shower curtain had mold and hair (not ours) on it. Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend for large families/groups.
