This unforgettable space includes a comfortable lounge, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and mini-fridge, plus an island with seating—perfect for sunset drinks. After a day in the sun, unwind under the home with a private outdoor movie setup, complete with a projector, screen, and another grilling area.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests include:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed
• 3rd Floor Loft: Twin bunk beds with direct rooftop access
• Ground Floor Suite: Twin-over-full bunk bed with private bathroom and separate entrance

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities, including:

• The private heated/cooled pool
• The fenced yard
• The rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen
• The private sand trail for beach access
• A side-by-side UTV for easy beach trips (available for just $150 per stay)
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message if you need any assistance or have questions.

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:

• Side-by-Side UTV: Rent our side-by-side UTV for easy trips to the beach . The UTV is for transport to and from the beach only and must be parked before reaching the sand. Driving on the beach or dunes is strictly prohibited .

• Pool Heating: The pool is heated via a heat pump. Please be aware that it may not heat effectively when outside temperatures and wind chill drop below 60°F (15°C).

• Parking: Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles on the property. This policy is strictly enforced and monitored. Any additional vehicles parked on the street or on the sand may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
