Would not recommend

The location is great it is right on the beach! The place looked nice in the pictures but upon arrival there were random walls and doors that had been spackled over like there were holes there and they didn’t have time to paint over it or something. The wall in one of the bedrooms were dirty and the closet was missing the door and the only light in the room that worked was a lamp on the dresser. One of the pictures in the bedroom had been colored on with a highlighter and the shower curtain liner was dirty.

Good value for the area

We enjoyed it, second time to this condo but different unit this time. Main pool was closed for renovation, didn't know that was going on. Paito furniture rusted out but otherwise we had a good stay.

Nice private Beach

Location was great with private beach access. The condo was outdated but clean except sand in the floors, (before we’d even been to the beach). The couch was stained, but having read previous reviews I took a sheet to throw over it so it was fine. Appears the chair had been shampooed since previous reviews so it was fine. The deck furniture was very rusty, so we never sat on it for fear of staining our clothes and/or falling thru the furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The grill area was nice. Not many eating places in the area, but there is a restaurant “Sassy Bass” on site, the food was good, but not the cleanest looking place. The weather is still way too cool in March to fully enjoy the beach but we did manage to get some sun (and a bit of wind burn), for future trips in March I will be going further south. But this property was good for the money.

Location was ok. The place needed a thorough cleaning, floors were very dirty.

Property is ok if it has a thorough cleaning. It needs more tea spoons. We had only one. I would not rent it again because of our experience.

Great area

Love this area. Slightly disappointed with unshared information. We knew the hurricane Sally did damage but we were unaware the indoor pool wasn’t available yet. Also no working spa. I should have taken more time to insure these were available. However we wanted a last minute getaway, my fault for not asking questions. I wish the pictures of the condo didn’t include unavailable amenities.

The location was great for us. The restaurant in premises wasn’t great. The listing says there’s room for 6, which there is, but there were only 5 kitchen chairs for meals. Also the rental company said they were going to come fix the knob in the master shower, but it was not repaired during our stay. The kitchen needs cookie sheets or something similar for cooking. The oven supplies were minimal.

Nice vacation for the price

The property could use some updating, but the room was clean. Stocked with linens and such. It isn’t a beach front view, but you could see the beach from the balcony. The beach is within walking distance from the room. There are indoor and outdoor pools that were nice. I would stay here again in the future. Oh, and people do leave beach toys and chairs and such outside the door in the hallway. I would not recommend this as some of our items were stolen.

Great on the beach location, condo was small, but efficient. We spent most of our time out of the unit anyway!! The Plantation did have the indoor pool and hot tub closed a lot for renovations during our stay, I wish we had known that in advance

It is a little older but worth the stay for the price. Security was top notch....which helped with the kids wanting to stay outside and play basketball. Will definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with property, amenities and overall cleanliness of the property. Great security too!

Our first trip to AL, there was more room than we expected. It was perfect having the privacy of the beach and it seemed much cleaner than the public beach in Gulf Shores! Very happy with how clean the property was, great washer/dryers and nice to have a guard at the security station 24hrs a day. We will definitely be staying again.

Not as nice as I thought

My family and I will not be going back more of a lower class condo. Did have all amedities just not very nice. Also gulf shores water is definitely not as nice as Destin.

Wonderful family vacation!

Had a fantastic stay! The weather was great, especially for the end of July. Spent most of the time at the beach and pool. The facilities had every thing our family needed to have a good time. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our needs. We would love to come back in the warmer months when the water is not so cold. :-) The amenities we perfect, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also really enjoyed that the beaches were not overcrowded. Thank you!!
