Older apartment.Bathrooms are very small. Wind was pretty loud under the front door. Right on the beach and easy walk to everything. Ok for our needs. Ensure you put in directions to the exact Phoenix location as there are many on that strip of beach.

Everything was wonderful. Close to some of our favorite places to eat, and great view of the ocean/beach. Would book this again for sure.

Great spot in beautiful Gulf Shores

Great location a little west of the craziness at intersection of Gulf Shores Pkwy/Beach Blvd but still walkable to everywhere.Very clean and the staff was great.

The condo was certainly nice and clean! Enjoyed our stay! The elevators took a little while to work, but it was worth the stay!

Excellent! Will definitely stay again.

We had a corner unit which was absolutely perfect! Views of the beach from the balcony were priceless! The ease of walking right on to the beach made this stay awesome! Everything was excellent.

The bunks were too small. Do not book bunks unless you are traveling with very small children. I cut my leg on the metal holding the mattress to the bed in the bedroom. The balcony, sofa, end table, and remote were not clean. The view and location are great. I wish check-in were a little earlier. The patio furniture could use some updating. The chairs are not that comfortable. I don't know if I would book here again; that is kinda in the air right now. Kinda think it is one of those things where you get what you paid for...

Nice property for a short stay. The property was comfortable and clean. The half bath was a plus. The bathroom floors need a deep cleaning .

Simple and sweet

Perfect for just 2 people. Nothing all fancy and ritzy. Exactly what you need to get away for a few days. Time spent on balcony looking out at the ocean well worth it.

Great Location and Stay

Overall I am extremely happy with my stay at Phoenix All Suites West. The location is convenient, the staff were all very friendly, and parking was one of the easiest experiences I've had with condos. The only complaints that I could have is the elevators are slow, and the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear anything above you and outside. Thankfully, we didn't have too many issues with noise. Nice place and a good stay for my sister trip! Will be booking again.

As promised!

As promised! The views were fantastic and the property was really clean. It was slightly run down (crack in bathroom mirror and older toilet) but everything was spotlesss. Worth it!

Great romantic getaway!

Very nice and clean. Close to everything. Love that it was on the beach and had a balcony! Definitely will be returning ASAP!

Dated

Room is pretty dated and definitely could use a remodel. Lots of noise during the mornings and afternoon from upstairs. Sand was between the sheets on night one. They were supposed to be clean, fresh sheets. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain...had to call the front office to get resolved... Day one issue as well. Elevators are not ventilated and move very slow. Took the stairs several times and I was on the 11th floor. Seek a better property with newer ammenties.

Black mold and dirty

Disappointed is a huge understatement. We paid a small fortune to stay here. They charged a hefty cleaning fee, but they NEVER cleaned or serviced our room. Although they had their daily touch up service signs posted throughout the elevators describing what they do each day. They dumped towels on the bed or toilet 6 out of 10 days. Two days we had to go ask for them ourselves and we had to use our old towels the other days. We had to take our own trash out and clean our room ourselves. We had a leaky refrigerator and leaky toilet in our room. There was black mold all in the air ducts in our unit. We sure won't stay at a Phoenix or Brett/Robinson managed property again.
