The rental was well furnished, close to the beach and other activities. Property manager was quick to react to any issues and very polite. Would definitely rent again.

We visited Gulf Shores in September and had a great time!

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores. We had a great time. Our condo was great. Very nice and comfortable! Great location to the beach. Great for pets!

Nice place

Nice place, Not too far from the beach (3rd/4th row) neighborhood was very nice and safe. We felt like it was a bit overpriced, But overall we had a great vacation. This unit itself does not have "spectacular views" All you can see is buildings. The front unit has a nice view of the lagoon. But The whole property in general only has a small obstructed view of the ocean. The house was clean enough, but could definitely use a deep clean around baseboards and things like that (It's the end of season so I get it) House is three large flights of steps up. It's doable, But we were there in a heatwave (100+ everyday) and we really dreaded the steps, especially because it was always hot inside the house as well. Beach wagon and chairs were broke so we had to buy our own. The stairs to the loft are tiny and not suitable for adults. But the kids did ok. The pool was cold, which was nice when it was 104° outside, But definitely would not be enjoyable in any milder weather. The AC unit needs to be replaced .We followed the "rules" to the AC to keep it from freezing up, but it still stayed over 75° or higher the whole time we were there. And the last two days it was always over 80° inside. We live in a location that gets this hot as well and have never had that problem before, so I don't feel it's fair to blame it on the heat alone (as they repeatedly do in the paperwork) But we truly fell in love with Gulf Shores, And it was definitely a fantastic vacation.

Family vacation

The pictures when booking were beautiful! We got there and it wasn't the cleanest. Thick dust on all the fans, which we had to use. The bathroom had used bars of soap in the shower. Also in the master, the cabinets were filthy. The diningroom chairs have dust bunnies on the bottoms. We were there for 4 days and only got 4 towels, I had to keep doing laundry. We loved the location, loved it was pet friendly and loved the board games. We would stay again! But it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I went to use the broom, to try to keep up with the floors and it was broke.

Great stay

Clean, nice decor, comfortable bed! Everything you could need down to games/puzzles, big pots/pans for feeding a larger crowd and even chip clips to keep the bags closed! Short walk to the beach. Only “critiques” were not enough hangers in the master, no hangers in the secondary bedroom, and the spiral staircase handrails were slightly low for how high they go up! But our teenagers did fine with it. I would be careful with smaller ones staying up in the loft. Overall, lovely place and we had a great time, thank you!

Great Stay

We were able to bring our fur baby Baylee Mae with us which made it awesome. This condo was everything we needed and in a great location. Had bay and beach views. We will definitely stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. Many extras on site for beach enjoyment. The minor issue was moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Notified management and the passed my picture onto house keeping with an apology.

Nice and comfy for a family of 6

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The place was very cute and comfortable. The location was perfect for an easy walk or quick drive to the public beach. There is a path to the beach behind the building FYI. The washer/dryer was very nice to have. A few things to keep in mind: the pool is shaded which means the water is always freezing, the floors should have been mopped prior to our arrival they felt dirty, the place had a cooler and a few beach items that came in handy, be prepared to take the stairs to the 3rd floor---we made it work but keep this in mind if you travel with people who might have a hard time with stairs. It was hard to figure out which building we were staying at, some signs would help future guests.

Perfect location

Felt like home away from home! All the kitchen appliances and things you need! Cooking utensils? Got ‘em all! Was able to make a family breakfast and you really forget what all you need… until you don’t even scissors.. but, this place does! Close enough to the beach for an evening walk (or morning jog— if that’s your thing). The living room, and two bedroom all had a sliding glass door to the patio. (Which was nice to sit out at night chatting with your momma.) The big shower heads with multiple showering options was really relaxing after a long hot day! Also, both times I had to contact management— fast response and Teri (Terry?) was so sweet and helpful! Will hopefully book again next summer!

Quick Getaway

Booked because it was pet friendly and convenient to everything. In residential area. Only a couple of stairs to get our pet outside to do his thing. More convenient than larger condos. Not on beach, but close to beach access and the state park. Can see ocean and bay from end of deck. Would book again.
