Nice stay

Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food items and lock up valuables.

Nice place, very clean!

Property owners and on site management communicated perfectly, so there were no issues with our stay. Very clean room with a nice pool onsite and easy beach access across the street. Quiet location with great views! My only negative comment is that it's a bit of a drive to most restaurants and nightlife. Overall though, it was an excellent place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as expected. The condo was beautifully decorated, classy, and well-maintained. The views were stunning—waking up to them every morning was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

AMAZING

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean to wake up to was amazing. The host were the best we ever had. Excellent communication and sweet as good be. Will definitely book with them again in our next trip.

Very nice place and very clean. Nice little kitchen, nice couch and tv and bed with a tv. Easy access and very safe. Little far from restaurants but perfect for our stay. Great pool and great beach access. Will go again one day. IDK if there was a camera in the bathroom mirror so it was kind of creepy. IDK who would want to watch??? but i hope they enjoyed the show!!!!! Maybe more cameras in the room? IDK but it was kind of creepy!!!!

Our little 4 night getaway!

What a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball quarts were very well maintained. Our hosts....SUPERB! Very helpful leading up to our stay. Answered all the questions and gave many options for restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was LuLu's. Very family oriented and lots of entertainment, games, shops for the whole family. Will come again.

Nice place, but know what to expect

Let’s start with the good stuff, and there is plenty of it. It’s a great location, close enough to the restaurants and entertainment, but far enough too. The beaches were not crowded at all (first week of June 2024) though there were plenty of folks in town. We usually hit the FL beaches around Destin and 30A, so we know what crowded looks like. The sand is fine and soft. Easy access to the beach using a nice walkway, but there’s no official crosswalk across the road–not a problem since there was no traffic. The views from the condo were really nice, especially the sunsets. The facility had great amenities, including a nice pool, two fishing piers, grills, helpful staff, and plenty of parking. The elevator is fast and we never waited more than 30 seconds or so. Fast elevators or not usually found in these types of facilities. It has a hot tub, but it really needed to be cleaned. Perhaps that’s not typical. The a/c keeps everything nice and cool, even if you stay well above the 70 degree minimum. The place is clean, and the showers are hot with plenty of pressure. The owners were helpful and very responsive. It’s billed as a “penthouse”, but that’s only because of the location on the top floor. There’s nothing otherwise that makes it a penthouse, and there’s certainly nothing luxurious about it. I’ve never stayed in a beach condo that didn’t have a balcony or deck, and now I have. So much more to say, but I have reached the review limit.
