We would absolutely stay at the Pearl East again! It was the perfect house for our family reunion. Plenty of parking for all cars. Directly on the beach with a great pool. Private walkway to the beach. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining areas. Rooms were good - spacious enough, linens were a bit thin. AC definitely worked. Overall it was worth the cost!

We had a wonderful time. All the room made the difference with all the family we had with us.Everthing was clean and bright. All the room were so roomy. And the bathrooms were so nice and clean. Everyone had a wonderful time . Thank you so much ,if we do it again will look it up. We had are kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Plenty of room and such a easy walk to beach.

Pearl East was WONDERFUL!!!

We were there between May 30 and June 7, 2025. It was such a wonderful place. We had 27 people in our group and there was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, being together and breaking up into smaller groups. We had a couple issues while we were there and the response to correct them was immediate. The pool was lovely, and the beach access was so convenient. We would highly recommend this property.

There was 22 of us that enjoyed this property. We could not have asked for a nicer, cleaner or better managed house. Location was perfect. We were all very pleased.

Family Vacation

My husband, myself and our family; along with my sister, my brother-in-law and their family enjoyed our stay! A total of 18 adults and 5 children. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy themselves! The pool was amazing and had lots of room for our huge crew!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our extended family. With 18 adults and 3 children then was more than enough room and the facilities were outstanding! Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing house

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. The pictures show the amazing views, plentiful rooms, but it's the little things you don't see. There are 2 ice makers, key to have on the beach, our group worked them overtime! There must have been water heaters on each floor b/c even with all the showers and laundry--we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is very well stocked, we had plenty of tools, cookware, and appliances to make a variety of appetizers and family meals. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, the bathrooms were updated and clean, I could go on. My family and I are already planning our next trip here!

Look no further!

Our Paw Paw turned 99 and we celebrated as a family in this beautiful place! So close to the beach, the pool was amazing, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, excellent kitchen and kind and thoughtful owners. The management company was responsive and timely. What a beautiful time with family!

Perfect beach house

House was everything you could ask for for a large family. Each person was able to have their own space while still having room for everyone to be together. Pool was perfect for swimming and you could sit decks for the spectacular view! Highly recommend

Ready to come back

We had a wonderful time at The Pearl East! From the communication with the management company to the location, everything was amazing. We had plenty of room for our big family. We are ready to come back. We had a few minor issues and the staff was so responsive and so nice. The only regret I have is not renting both sides. We definitely want to come back soon.

As Beautiful As It’s Name!

We stayed in The Pearl and it was not only beautiful but very comfortable. It had everything we needed. My family had plenty of room to spread out! Great place for large family gatherings!

Big and roomy!

FINALLY! A house that will fit my whole family comfortably! No foldouts or air mattresses necessary! The house was big, beautiful, roomy and clean. There were a few things that needed minor repair but that just means the place has been used. The local management company was on point! Great location and awesome views. If our family makes it back to Gulf Shores, we would definitely rent again!

Great House and Great Location

The property was as described. Lots of space and nice sized rooms. A bathroom was not clean and towels were not in all bathrooms as some had a bunch and some had none The west unit was rented as well and they smoked under the house and at the pool which made being at the pool at times difficult The pool heater needs maintenance as it didn’t really heat the pool warm enough during our stay Overall the property was a good location and house is very nice

Great family vacation

Pearl East was very spacious and clean for our group of 25. We had plenty of room to sit and converse. Good space but only drawback is sharing pool area with another group.

Great Property

Great and easy experience. We were there during the hail storm, contacted property manager about some minor things that happened at the house during storm and they were fixed within a few hours. Very good experience overall!
