Everything was top notch and perfect. The ice maker malfunctioned but they came out immediately and even brought bags of ice!

Great place

Tucked away in the cul de sac was a great location. Nice and quiet. Proximity to the beach was good as well. Gail kept great communication and the place was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Home

Beautiful home. Very clean. Even with it being pet friendly, there were no rug or furniture stains, no smells, no pet hair. The space is big and open. Everyone had their privacy but loved coming together at suppertime and cooking and eating. The only drawback is the amount of steps to climb to enter the home and then a bunch more if you want to ho to the 2nd level. But as long as you ate aware and can handle it, its not an issue. I would advise golf cart rental to get to the beach. It's a little bit of a walk. But again, it's not to much if you are used to that kind of thing. The beach is not crowded and is beautiful. The pools are clean. Neighbors staying next door were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and inviting. Definitely will be back. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this home is worth it. No regrets

Perfect House & Great Location for Family Beach Vacay

My family and extended family (total of 7 people) met here for a long weekend beach vacay. The house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the pools and tennis courts and beach. The beach was beautiful and not as busy as those closer to town. We prefer a location like this - not crazy busy like downtown Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Yet it’s close enough to those beaches too.

Wonderful place to stay

Loved this home. Easy commute to the beach and pools. We brought our own golf cart but recommend just renting one. The house was great! Rooms were separated nicely! Plenty of space for our group of 10! Nice charcoal grill. One of the bedrooms, the one with the single queen bed did not have a tv. I’m not complaining. Just wanting you to be aware. I don’t have anything negative to say! If I had to come up with something I’d do different, it maybe would be to put up room darkening light colored curtains in the bedrooms. The ones that are up are pretty but your room is lit up when the sun comes up. Excellent home, well furnished with really nice finishes! I highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

We are from SC and wanted to find somewhere different to vacation besides the East Coast beach’s. Gulf Shores was a great pick, the house was awesome. Everyone had there own spaces to wind down each evening. We also opted in for a local golf cart rental rather than hauling out own. It was useful to get around to beach, pool, and nightly rides. Overall it was a great trip and we plan on returning. Thanks for the hospitality and great service!

Family Fun

We had a great time. The home was everything we expected and more. Super comfortable and clean. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pools. Kids used scooters and we used a wagon for bigger things. It was the perfect place for our stay!

Beautiful property, wonderful neighborhood!

I highly recommend this property! It is clean and modern with on-trend tasteful decor. It is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that is just one street over from one of the pools and tennis courts, and an easy (approx 6-8 min) walk to the beach via the neighborhood boardwalk. Instructions were clear and the check in process worked seamlessly. This property was perfect for our group of 9, plus our two small dogs (be sure and mention your pets at booking and pay the pet deposit). We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurants, access to Fort Morgan and proximity to the Mobile Bay Ferry. 5 stars all around!

Kitchen woes

I would not rent this house again because the kitchen was ill equipped. It was missing a muffin pan, mixer, only had 1 casserole dish, no plastic ware for leftovers, etc.There wasn't enough silverware, so we ran the dishwasher constantly. The silverware was difficult to hold and kept slipping through the dishwasher holder and getting stuck. The hot water ran out after 2 showers. The 3 upstairs bedrooms didnt have lamps or were missing light bulbs. The TVs were nice, but the one on the main floor was not activated for use. The location was wonderful, but I expected more for the price.

Great property

Beautiful, clean house. Great location for a relaxing family vacation! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and not in the middle of all the busyness of Gulf Shores.

Superb property and perfect beach

The house was super nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room for a big family. Balconies were nice. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach was great and not overcrowded at all. I would recommend getting a golf cart for transport to beach access if you have older adults in your party. Has nice pool and tennis court access. Very quiet neighborhood.

Multi Family Get away

We had a wonderful time! Property is as described, decor is simple but very cute. Room for all of us and great open space for dining together and visiting. We will definitely stay in Morgantown again.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was excellent. Had a little excitement when the 5ft alligator came to the grass by our drive. I wish the house could have been a little closer to the beach. Children enjoyed the pool. Would definitely rent again. It was just like it said on the website.
