Family vacation!

Host was great with communication and very accommodating. There were 15 of us the property was PERFECT for our big group. Very spacious. Kids had a great time in the pool. Beach was within walking distance. Lots of things to do within a short driving distance. If you are a big group look no further this house would be perfect!

We had a fantastic time and truly appreciated your responsiveness and care.ProsSpacious & Modern: Perfect for our family of 14, with plenty of room to spread out.Location: We loved the short walk to the beach and the proximity to local spots like Mythic Beach Banana Bar.Thoughtful Amenities: The house was well-stocked with paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry pods, large pots, and a Pack-n-Play, which was a huge help.Host Responsiveness: When we arrived with only one beach chair, Dee immediately had enough chairs and an umbrella delivered the next day.Notes for Future GuestsOnly salt and pepper are provided, so bring your own oil and condiments.If the 0.3-mile walk with a beach wagon full of gear is too strenuous, Ike's Beach Service (251-948-3757) offers rental delivery and setup on the beach.Areas for ImprovementDecorations: The unit had too many knickknacks and centerpieces, making it difficult to find counter space for groceries, serving meals, and playing games. A more minimalistic approach would be more functional.Maintenance: Some issues we encountered during our stay:The pool had sand and debris upon arrival; we also found empty alcoholic beverages in the filter.The fire pit did not working.The beach wagon had a broken wheel.Both refrigerator ice makers were not working.The internet was unreliable for streaming or remote work.Some of the rusted iron furniture is unsafe.

House was very nice, pool was great. The king bed rooms were awesome, bunk bed rooms very tight.Seemed to be a little of a disconnect with info. We were told to use the grill but need to purchase charcoal. Grill was propane. Told the kitchens only had Keurig coffee pots. Both kitchens had regular coffee pots and Keurigs. House was very clean but the couches on the bottom deck area were all full of sand and floor hadn’t been swept. None on the things were a hand changer but just a bit frustrating. The house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay

My family stayed at Jubilee and we were extremely pleased with the whole process! The house was amazing, the owners thought of everything with the deco and supplies. The pool was an added bonus, my teenage daughter loved it! We had 11 people and never once felt crowded. This house makes me want to move to Gulf Shores. We will be back!

Beautiful beach house close to everything

We had a large family group. 19 people ages 1-50. There was something for everyone. The kids loved the pool. You can see the beach/ ocean from the top deck and you're so close you can hear the waves crashing. The beach was a short 5 min walk from the house, same for the Lagoon on the opposite side. All the restaurants and activities are a short 5/10 min drive. The house was clean and had enough towels and beds for everyone. The house is set up like a duplex but we had a large enough group that we rented the whole thing. There was enough space that we could each have privacy if we needed/ wanted it. They're was plenty of activities to do at the house. There was corn hole, and a closet full of floats and balls downstairs that kept the kids entertained. There were tables and sitting areas for adults to play cards or just watch the kids play and swim. The owner/ manager answered any and all questions quickly when contacted. We were very happy with our stay and recommend this house for large groups!

Everything imaginable

I honestly cannot say enough good about this house it's convenient to everything quiet large and beautiful we had a family of 15 and had plenty of room everything you need is right there beautiful decks beautiful views I just comfortable the pool is amazing they sitting area under the home is awesome I cannot honestly say enough good about this house we will indeed be back

Wonderful Stay at the Jubilee with Family and Friends!

We really enjoyed our stay here and all the recommendations Sam had for us. Sam was always quick to respond. The home is beautiful and it was really nice to have all the space for 3 families to enjoy the week together. The beds were so comfortable, I believe they are foam mattresses and we all slept great! Everyone loved the house, we loved the short walk to the beach, loved the pool and how warm the water was and loved the Nest, which is under the house. Thank you for having us, Sam! We had a fantastic stay.

Family Vacation to Orange Beach Alabama

We had an awesome stay at the Jubilee! This house is perfect for a large group. The fact that it is 2 houses but has a pass through to both sides is genius. We had plenty of space where you didn’t feel like you were on top of one another. The game space and private pool were exceptional. The space was squeaky clean upon arrival. Our host checked on us once we arrived and was an excellent communicator. Our family had the BEST time!!! Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation 2024

Nice vacation for the whole family. Three families stayed for the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. The host was very aplogetic and helped us make the best of a bad situation. We cleaned the home ourselves and the host refunded some of our stay. The pool heating system was not working for the first few days. The host had his repair guy come and fix the problem.

Great House and Great Location!

We had 18 people in the house, and there was more than enough room for all of us. It was very nicely decorated, and we absolutely loved the area under the house, with the games and all the extra seating. The pool was a big hit, especially since it wasn't ice cold. The bedrooms were really spacious, and the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. I think our favorite thing about this house was that it was a VERY short walk to the beach and a very short drive to the shops and restaurants.

Awesome

The house is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Our favorite part was the pool and the hangout area, we used it more than we thought we would. The whiskey barrel seating was a great addition. The kids really enjoyed the board games in the evenings. Would highly recommend this house.

Reunion Trip with Friends

This house was perfect for our group of 16. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. We really enjoyed using the downstairs pool area. There is a huge covered hangout area under the house. Wonderful stay!

HS Seniors Spectacular Spring Break!

Rented entire property (both sides of connecting duplex) for 10 guests. Would highly recommend booking both sides for private use of pool & adjoining balconies. Loved having 2 kitchens, 2 washers/dryers, 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms! We had lots of room to spread out. Location is perfect…just far enough out of town for quiet relaxation but very short walk to the beach. Property had all the necessities, including shampoo/conditioner/body soap, coffee, dish soap & laundry soap. House appears new and is very clean. The 7 teenagers in our party LOVED everything about the place. We experienced a little internet problem at the beginning but host did some troubleshooting and sent out internet provider to be sure we were well connected. Well deserved 5 stars for this vacation rental! I would not hesitate to revisit this lovely property. Thanks for the Alabama hospitality!
