Thoughtfully designed, the home includes a handicap-friendly bedroom and bath, making it ideal for multi-generational gatherings.

Great property

We had a large family vacation here. The house was great with all the amenities you could ask for. Location was great right on the beach and away from the busy crowded area.

The house is amazing! The kitchen is very large and well stocked and the views can't be beat. The layout is perfect for large groups and everyone has their own comfortable space.

Perfect

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

Ladies beach trip

Overall the house was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is a visible WiFi password and clean up instructions posted somewhere visible to guests. Wonderful house and the most amazing trip! Thanks again!

Family wedding

The property is beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated for multiple families (parents, children with children and siblings with adult children). With 15 adults and 6 small children, there was plenty of space and the house never felt crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! Amazing views and tons of space for our group of 25 aging from 1-72. Great location! House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented Morning View for the 3rd year (and our 4th time in a GS Vacation Rental). The house is very well laid out for socializing and dining together as a group as well as flowing from the living area to the pool area to the beach area. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only issues were a lack of enough forks and limited number of knives for food prep. The property is beginning to show wear and tear a little but since we have stayed in the same house each year we know what to expect. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

A MUST Oceanfront Rental for large Groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five Days did not seem long enough to enjoy the GORGEOUS and well kept Morning View Beach Home. The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. The personnel have always been nice and easy to work with/talk to. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!

I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic. The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.
