Beautiful home, however it was quite embarrassing that we were meeting my daughter’s new family and when two of the guests turned down their beds the sheets were dirty and had hair on them.

This was our second time to stay in Morning Tide and it is perfect for a couples trip. All the bedrooms have queen or king beds and en-suite baths. Family of 15 vacation

Great location!!! Plenty of room for 4 families to enjoy!!! Wish there were air dryers! Need more Rubbermaid storage items for refrigerator storage. Could use more non breakable drinking glasses. Did have some problem with large roaches in water areas. Overall a great place for our family early Christmas getaway!!! Would recommend this home highly!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the generous floorplan. There was a wonderful mix of public/private space in the house. The bedrooms are set up as suites with private bathrooms, and most have private balconies as well. The two large dining room tables gave us plenty of space to eat together, and the additional couches and gathering spaces on the 3rd and 4th floors added additional places for gathering. The kids really loved the game room on the top floor and the large chess board. we hope to gather here again!

Heated pool

Everything was great except have to spend $50 A day to have the pool heated and only heating it to 88 degrees didn’t help us at all we could not go in the pool so it scampered our experience and I wasted &209 on a heated pool. Calling y’all 8 or 9 times didn’t help the situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all "loved" the Morning Tide experience! The big house fit our family well. All the bedrooms were used and we made good use of the kitchen and dining room. We only went out to eat once. Thanks for providing grills. There was plenty of space for playing games, reading on the little patios, visiting, etc. Having plenty of bathrooms was also a plus. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The heated pool was used quite a bit due to the cool weather, so that was a nice option to have. Our family, including our grandkids, said this was the highlight of the year, and would like to come back sometime!

The weather cooperated and every day was a great day outdoors. However, a screw came loose on the pool door and made it hard to close. We reported it and someone was going to check it out when they brought a new stove. But no one came with a stove or looked at the door. Then the piece came off the door. On our last night, we were unable to lock the door. One place where we stayed in the past had someone drop by every day or so to see if anything was needed. That was very helpful. But overall, a wonderful time!

It was named Morning Tide. We have had many other vacations over the years. This may have been the best. We had 22 family members with us and loved every minute. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the location. I’m sure we will return!

After the call they were there within 30 minutes!One of the D/W didn't work and could not be fixed while we were there.
