Enjoy a private 23' x 12' pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day), outdoor dining and grilling areas, a private dune walkover, and 100 feet of pristine white sand beach. Really nice

Anniversary celebration

We celebrated our 60th anniversary here with 23 other family members and this house was just perfect. Everyone had their own space but the living area was great for visiting ,playing games etc. the house is well stocked and well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. Everyone attending said they would love to stay there again. Beautiful property.

Morning Glory did NOT disappoint!

Morning Glory was 100% the right house for our group! The house had everything we needed to accommodate our week. Great space for business retreat, perfect outdoor deck with heated pool and private entrance to ocean. The communication with the owners were perfect. We will be back!

Our first visit to Gulf Shores and staying at Morning Glory. Rental people were very helpful with a couple mechanical issues. Space is beautiful and everything we expected. It could use a little TLC between seasons Would definitely recommend to others

Great House for a Large Family Gathering

This was a great beach house for my large family - me and my husband, 7 adult children + spouses, and lots of grandkids. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Couples were grateful to have their own rooms, with nearby double rooms for the kids. Large gathering areas - living room, upstairs den, multiple porches, dining area - and multiple appliances accommodated our large tribe perfectly. We made one service call the evening we arrived due to the upstairs AC not working; a repairman arrived within minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Direct access to the beach was wonderful, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Already making plans for a return trip next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great! We were here in 2016 and we were very please to see the house has been well maintained. One small item that needs improved are the exterior door locks - they just don’t work. We followed the locking procedure and the doors (except the front door on the ground level) did not lock. Other than that the house was wonderful! Great location, great open floor plan, great pool and deck, perfect beach, 12 master bedrooms... we could not be more pleased!

Enough space for everyone

The property was as described and enough space for everyone. The elevator was perfect for moving the luggage in and out. The beach access was wonderful and absolutely recommend the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and having two ice makers, dishwashers and fridges made life easy. Every room had their own en suite which was very important to our group. The hammocks were nice and the chairs and pool toys were a great bonus. Didn't use the grill but it look suitable for a large group. We had a maintenence issue while we were there and the maintenance staff was at the house within the hour after we contacted management. Really appreciated the quick response! Throughout the booking and leading up to the stay management was also quick to respond inquiries. The group agreed we would rent the place again with no hesitation.

We had almost the max number of people staying here and we all fit great and didn’t feel too crowded. We had a few small issues like running out of trash bags (a house this size should come with more if they are being provided) and the trash didn’t get moved to the street as we were told, but the company was very quick to remedy these situations. Many of our guests did feel that the beds were uncomfortable this year and it might be time to replace the mattresses. Overall, we love the house and the location. It is a little further away from all of the condos so you feel like you have the beach to yourselves!

Not my first stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have previously stayed in this property and unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning on the main level was not operational, and service was not scheduled until the following day, leaving us without air conditioning for nearly 24 hours during which it became quite warm while we prepared meals. Additionally, we encountered evidence of rodents and noticed several insects. I was disappointed that no compensation was offered for these issues. The property requires some basic maintenance, such as repairing holes in the walls, painting, and a thorough cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: A group of 12 married couples from church have been coming to Morning Glory since 2019. The layout and amenities fit our needs perfectly. There are always minor issues that come with renting a house but the staff was very quick and cordial to respond. We utilized the complimentary tickets for deep sea fishing, golf and the dolphin cruise. We frequented a number of restaurants but seemed to enjoy The Oyster House the most. Shopping was also top of the list for many. We had a lot of fun, fellowship and sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third trip to Gulf Shores with a large group of friends this year this year we had 13 couples. Morning Glory is in a great location, the house was very clean. However we did have some issues with the house one of the bedrooms on floor two didn’t work and was not repaired until the third day of our trip, one of the freezer sections in the fridge was broken and was not able to be repaired . One of the ice makers had an issue but it was repaired . Tracy was very helpful is getting most of the things repaired . We enjoyed the covered space under the house and the covered area by the pool. The weather was great and we had a wonderful week.

Greatest vacation ever

Reviewer Comments: I was blessed to take all of my grown children and their families, my young adult grandchildren and their kids about (33 of us only 2 couldn’t make it). We all had individual bedrooms and plenty of common area. There were two of everything in he kitchen. It was a beautiful home where we created wonderful memories. Everyone was talking about when we could vacation here again. The beaches were beautiful and the home was close to everything. The management was great and helped with anything we needed for my son in a wheelchair. I can’t brag about this house enough! Book it, you’ll fall in love like we did!!

The location is great being only 10 minutes from dining and entertainment, and only another 10 minutes from there to golf courses.The house is well maintained and the host was very communicative and responsive with answers to questions. The large main area and outdoor dining spaces were expansive and great for socializing. The elevator made it easy to move luggage to the upper floors. We would absolutely stay here again.

We took one year off and went to Pigeon Forge. Everyone voted to come back here. It has everything we need for a large group, including an elevator. The staff provided good service when needed. We were able to use complimentary tickets for golf, dolphin watching, and off shore fishing. Saved a lot of money by doing so. Other than a few areas that needed attention, our stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a 12 bedroom house on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The set up is perfect for adult couples with bedrooms and bathrooms. Private pool, deck and beach are awesome. Exterior doors are hard (sometimes impossible) to open and close. Having to wash and fold all the towels before you leave is a hassle and the towels don't smell so clean to begin with. Leaving it to the guest to do a good job cleaning towels is not a good idea.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An awesome chance to get the family together. Monday’s weather was horrible, but the rest of the week was spectacular. The house was clean and well maintained except for the door in the den. One was completely unusable and one was difficul5 to open and close. Everything else was acceptable.
