This was an excellent house to come to, I would definitely stay here again. The house had tons of room for our family and it was very spacious and the view was absolutely spectacular anyone looking for a five bedroom five bathroom house. This is definitely the one you want.the highest rating for me.

Beautiful beach

Check in was pretty easy, but after a very long day of driving would have loved to get the door codes in an email rather than having to go to the office. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms ended up being perfect for our large family especially with each having their own bathroom. The house is not too far from Gulf Shores downtown area but out of the way enough that the beach was uncrowded and we had lots of space to ourselves. The proximity to the beach made hauling all of our things fairly easy and we had a very short walk to come up for lunch or a snack. White sands and clear water we love for this area but some jellyfish friends this year.We did have some minor issues that the management company tried to resolve as best they could. The maintenance things were fixed quickly. The biggest issue was ants on the main floor. The pest company did come but we ended up needing some extra treatment done to make that space enjoyable. It did seem to be resolved by middle of the week. Wifi was extremely slow and streaming services didn't work in bedrooms. Overall we loved this location, the size of the house, beach views/proximity and appreciated management response to the few minor issues we had. We had a great week.

The age of our group ranged from 93 to 4 years old and this property handled all 11 of us well. The floor plan gives plenty of room for gathering together yet the bedrooms gave enough separation for privacy. Access to the beach is amazing and the outdoor shower to remove sand before going into the house is great. Well stocked with most everything you might need. There were a couple of small issues but Cindy with Reed Real Estate worked diligently to get them resolved for us. We loved the slower pace of Ft Morgan and the less crowed beaches. We will rent this home again!!

Great location and stay

We loved our stay! The house was a great size and decks galore made it extra special- so many spots to relax and take in the view. The beach was perfect, and the walk over the dune wasn’t bad at all- don’t let it scare you off!Only small note: the air vents were a bit dusty and some bedding pillows could use a good clean, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. We’d stay here again!

2024 Beach Trip

This property was incredible, we have stayed in multiple properties over the years in both Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan and this was one ranks at the top of the list. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. All of the rooms were spacious and the overall layout was great for multiple families and children so that everyone has privacy and was open in the common areas so the 12 of us could all be comfortable and not get in each others way while cooking, eating, or just enjoying the space. The location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf and easy access to a stretch of beach that truly felt private. As a group we decided we will definitely try to visit this property again.

Second Stay

We enjoyed this house last year, so we rented it a second time in 2021. The house is huge with lots of room and a short walk to the beach. Overall, this property is good, but there needs to be a few updates to the property (i.e. bigger TVs, a few items were broken - light shade outdoors, lamp inside, TV upstairs wouldn’t work, etc.). The house seemed to be a little worn from last year, so a little love would spruce things up a bit.

Family Beach Trip

This is the second year we have rented Mighty Fine. The description is accurate. The beach is beautiful. Things that need attention: front fixed door(left side) no longer has locking bars at the top and bottom so that door "bounces" if the right-hand door is closed too hard resulting in the latch not always working. Both master bedroom double doors blew open in high wind. because the deadbolt doesn't work. There has obviously been roof damage above the stairwell as water stains are visible. The internet service has improved since last year which is a big plus although still much slower than we are accustomed too. At least two of the Direct TV satellite receivers do not work. I changed the receiver from the downstairs master into the main room so we had service there. This issue was reported to Reed Real Estate. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There are two grills but neither is in good shape and replacement is needed. In spite of these issues I'm sure the entire family would agree to rent again for our next beach trip.

Vacation at its best

We had an amazing time. Perfect location, beautiful house all the amenities. A short drive for the younger that wanted orange beach. Us adults great rest and relaxation, golf, seafood. Will definitely stay here again.

Mighty Fine was mighty Fine

This was a beautiful home to stay in. Enjoyed the dolphins swimming past daily. Quiet beach. Would definitely rent again. Plenty of room. Would have preferred a gas grill over charcoal -therefore we didn’t use it. TVs could be a little larger. But overall a great place to rent. It was the perfect location for us.

Nice large private beach house

Very enjoyable stay. Spacious, great views, easy beach access. Loved the 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. A few notes to travelers: this place is made of stairs and not handicap accessible; internet service is poor, we used our cell phones; French doors blow outward in strong winds and locking them is complicated so be sure to check they are secure. Otherwise it was all good.

Fantastic beach getaway

This house was amazing. The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter part of the town. There were a few restaurants close by. Most activities and restaurants were about 20 minutes away, but our preference was for this quieter spot. This house had essentially 4 master bedrooms, all with their own private bath. One was especially nice as it was secluded from the rest with its own set of stairs leading to it. The house had amazing balconies and outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the entire place was very clean. The check-in process was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the Keurig machine did not work--it was missing the piece that punctures the hole in the bottom of the pod. And we found two pans that were not compatible with the convection stop top. The separate ice maker was awesome and the second refrigerator was a huge plus as well. The outdoor shower was very helpful in keeping the sand out of the house. A couple of comments on our stay in Gulf Shores. We toured Ft. Morgan and had a blast, including our 9 and 11 year old kids who loved running around and exploring the property. We played golf at Kiva Dunes and Peninsula Club and both were fantastic courses. We had meals at several spots, but our favorites were Cobalt (in Orange Beach) and the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill. We can't wait to return and will not hesitate to choose this property again.

Gulf Shore Paradise

What a wonderful place to stay. Three families stayed for a week (5 kids and 6 adults) and it was magnificent. The house itself was in excellent condition and very clean. The beds were even comfortable. All the bedrooms had a bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out when it was too hot to be at the beach. The patios were an excellent place to unwind at the end of the day and listen to the waves. It was just a short walk over a dune to get to the private beach, we couldn't ask for more. We would definitely stay here again.
