This was a fabulous place on the beach, very clean and up to date on everything. The owners were great with any communication before and during our stay. We loved having a condo with recliners just like at home. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, bags of ice available and a food truck onsite. This definitely a repeat place to stay for us!

Great for families

Great condo on the main strip in GS. The condo itself is just like the pictures, clean, and well stocked. There are ample seating options inside and on the balcony. The elevators are fast, and only upon arrival at check-in time did we have to wait for a long time. The worst part about the place was the tiny parking spots in the parking deck, but it was doable and there are outside options available for larger vehicles or people who don’t like to squeeze. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. The pools were perfect. We loved that there were multiple options for the adult pool with an indoor pool option and outdoor hot tub. The younger kids LOVED the kids pool and gave my toddler the confidence and fun stress free space he needed that he was able to start swimming! There were great little food trucks parked near the pools too. We love the beach any time/place but this was a cool spot with immediate access to banana boat and jet ski rides, parasailing if you are into those types of activities- and although they were super close, I didn’t feel like it impeded or affected the swimming space or safety for our family.

Perfect for 4th of July

Great condo with lots of amenities. Condo had beach equipment we could use as well as a “share box” on the ground floor of the building with beach toys etc. for the kids. Nice splash pool for kids on the property. The condo had nice pots/pans/utensils for cooking and comfortable beds and living room furniture. Nice washer/dryer. We watched the fireworks from the comfort of the balcony and did not have to fight the crowds. Great place!

Granddaughter trip

The place was clean and just as the VRBO described it. Close in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view is awesome of the ocean we seen alot of Dolphins swimming out and back in. Everything you need to go on the beach they have available for you to use except a wagon. So just a little FYI pack a wagon it makes it alot easier getting items up and dwn to the beach. Cooking supplies and utensils are in pretty good shape also. I personally think this is a great place to stay. We would definitely come back.

This condo on the beach was absolutely perfect for me and my 2 sons. It sits on the beach and right in the heart of everything. I loved that we could walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. The hosts provided everything you would need to make your getaway pleasant, from all types of games, local guidebooks, all the kitchen essentials, beach chairs, sewing kit...which came in handy when I needed a safety pin. You can tell the owners actually took the time to think about what travelers need and they provided it. It was Extra Awesome that there were 3 beds/rooms 2 kings, 1 queen for adults who each had our own space. The condo was beautifully decorated and I thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the balcony watching the sunset over the beach. Communication was A both timely and friendly. I've already told others about this stay and will be booking with them again on my next visit to Gulf Shores. Thanks for making our mini-recharge Wonderful! Great Condo. Great Hosts!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with Thoughtful Touches

We loved our stay at this oceanfront condo! The middle unit offers stunning sunrise and sunset views, making it the perfect place to relax. Our mornings started with a peaceful four-mile walk or run through the nearby park and along the white sand beach—just perfect.The condo is well-stocked with quality dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking essentials, including plenty of spices, olive oil, and salt and pepper. There’s comfortable furniture for four adults, and the kitchen table was great for meals and games. Speaking of games, we really enjoyed the selection of puzzles, books, and entertainment options. The décor was also very nice, making the space feel inviting.The patio was another highlight—plenty of comfortable seating and reclining options, perfect for enjoying the ocean view.Warren and Cathy were incredibly responsive and clearly take pride in their property. Our only minor complaint was that one of the beds was extremely soft, but thankfully, the third bedroom had a firmer option.A few extra photos of amenities like lawn chairs, a cooler, and the umbrella would really showcase all the thoughtful extras provided. One small tip for future guests—since it’s a VRBO, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, as only minimal supplies are provided.The TV and WiFi in all rooms worked well, which was great since our parents spent most of their time

The property was great. The location was right on the beach. The owner kept us informed of a water main break that might have affected us. Also, repairs to the parking garage. They had provided in the unit anything we might need! (i.e. nightlights in the bathrooms, scissors, sewing kit, post-it notes, etc) They were great.

Nice condo

Nice condo on the beach. We really enjoyed the view and the comfortable seating. The recliners indoors and the nice lounge chairs outdoors were much appreciated. I would have given it a five but there was a fire above us so we had some moisture problems from the sprinklers that lead to loud fans and dehumidifiers running in our condo for part of our stay. It couldn’t be helped but it was annoying. The owner checked in on us and kept us informed which was appreciated. The condo was nice and clean and kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there from 1/5/25 thru 2/8/25 unfortunately we were there through the snow storm. But our condo was perfect we couldn’t have ask for anything more. It was clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated, beautiful view, excellent location, management kept us informed of all issues on a timely bases. We just rent a house in Jacksonville and it is nice but the little extras provide d by our manager were non comparable. They thought of everything from games to books to pencils and paper to salt and pepper. We were truly happy.

Excellent unit

We vacation to the beach every summer, and this condo is by far the cleanest condo we have stayed in. Everything is just as it shows, no pictures are misleading. Seawind is perfectly located, as most anything is within walking distance. Owners sent all the information needed well ahead of time, which ensured we could promptly check-in at 3:00pm. Again, the unit was excellent, however, there are only 2 elevators and it's super hot inside them, once you are finally able to catch one. Sometimes it was a 15min+ wait. The pool is also very, very small for the amount of units this facility has. Those are the only negatives (and it's not absolutely horrible) which have nothing to do with the unit or owners.

Wonderful experience!

Communication with property owner was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and set up was perfect for our family. The only complaint was on check out day one of the elevators broke and we were forced to carry all the luggage down 11 flights of stairs.

The reviews we read were exactly what we experienced. The hosts were amazing and they have provided so many amenities for their guests. The beds were amazing! And the balcony was our favorite spot! We will definitely be back! I recommend this spot wholeheartedly!

Elevators were horrible and pool was way to small

We stayed for 8 days and the whole time was a night mare trying to get back up to the condo and down to the car to go anywhere due to only one set of elevators. On our last day there only one of them were working and we had to wait over 30mins to get down to our car to go eat. When we arrived back from eating we couldn’t even get in the door of the lobby for the elevators and we had to take the stairs to the 11th floor. Which was really hard with someone with health issues. The only other thing I will say is the pool is super small and was over full every time we wanted to get in it.

We had a great vacation , the property was stocked well with dishes and games and we enjoyed the 2 recliners, however the floors were dirty and turned our feet black everyday which is just something that needs to get addressed to housekeeping, there is also no tv in the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed which was manageable but we had our 2 teen daughters in that room and they had their phones but little ones might like a tv and on the last night about 1am all of the smoke detectors faulted and went off , got in touch with the owner super quick and it was resolved but other than that we had a nice stay! We’ve stayed at Seawind for the past 15 years and this was one of the better condos

Great condo in a perfect location!

Our family stayed here in October 2023. We came down for our fall break from northern Kentucky. The condo was clean on arrival and had everything we needed to get our week started. Our kids (6 & 3) shared a room, my wife and I had another, and my parents had the third. It was roomy, well kept, and had a private walkway from the ground floor to the beach. The splash pad was perfect for our kiddos (especially the 3y old). Being close to route 59, we were within about 10 minutes of literally everything to do in gulf shores and orange beach! We loved being able to wake up and sit on the balcony each morning and view the ocean. The owners made communication, booking, and check in, super easy and we’re very quick to respond to any questions we had. This room is right by the elevator which was perfect for my parents, so they didn’t have to walk to far to the room. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo and owners!

Beautiful

We loved staying in your condo. It was so beautiful and the perfect fit for our family and the view was so amazing. Having the elevator right out the door was so convenient as well! We did find several items from the people that were possibly there before us under furniture and the floor had noticeably not been swept or mopped but the rest of the place was clean and beautiful.
